Only issue with the service was I had been quoted a price to assume it was all part of the work only to find out later that the part I needed (key fob) did not come with the key insert and ended up being an extra cost. I would have assumed the dealer would have known this up front before giving we the cost for the work. JR in the service department is top notch and took care of all my needs

Newton Nissan South review
The team at Newton Nissan South is truly invested in providing a top-tier customer service experience when buying a car. It started with an after-hours inquiry about a truck that I was interested in. To my surprise, I received an answer that same night from a kind associate, Gina. She connected me with sales agent Colby who was able to provide me with a walk-around video of the truck the next morning! I was still on the fence about driving to their location, as it?s an hour away from my house, but that afternoon I received a call from a manager, Tim, who was able to convince me to make the drive. He offered me a same-day deal on the truck and assured me that my monthly payments wouldn?t be above my comfortable limit. He also told me about all of the ways their dealership gives back to the community, which I thought was pretty cool. I was told that the truck would be out front waiting for me when I got there so I could see it and test drive it without a long wait. Upon arrival, the receptionist was able to connect us with Colby, who I had already been talking to. He sat us down right away, talked us through our expectations, showed us the numbers we needed to see, then took us out for a test drive. When we got back he finished up his end of the paperwork and passed us on to financing. This process was so quick and smooth. All of our questions were answered and we were out the door with keys in hand in no time at all. I just want to thank the entire team once again for helping us out and getting me into the truck of my dreams. A round of applause for each and every team member I spoke to. You all were great! TL;DR - The team at Newton Nissan South makes it feel like you?re among friends while buying a car. You won?t regret making the drive to this location.

Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.

Downtown Nashville Nissan review
I purchased a used pathfinder from this Location back in march and recently had my first service appointment. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Downtown Nissan! From the moment I arrived for my oil change, the entire team was professional, friendly, and focused on providing exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Thomas Booker, my service advisor, who kept me informed throughout the entire process. He provided timely updates, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. His communication and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I also want to recognize LJ, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and that I left completely satisfied. It?s clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and his team. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed. What could have been a routine oil change turned into one of the best service experiences I?ve had at a dealership. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely welcoming. It?s refreshing to find a service department that values honesty, communication, and customer care. If you?re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and truly prioritizes your experience, I highly recommend Downtown Nissan. Thanks again to Thomas, LJ, and the entire team for making my visit such a positive one. You?ve earned a loyal customer, and I?ll gladly recommend you to my family and friends! If you?d like, I can also ?make it sound even more enthusiastic and ?Google review viral? style to attract more customers.
