Valley Mitsubishi LongmontReviews
Valley Mitsubishi Longmont review
I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! So worth the short trip from Boulder, this review seems longer than my time in purchasing my new car. Thanks Again to All, Weston Boulder, CO.

I have used this dealership for 20 years and it is a great experience every single time. Sales, Service, or Parts is always there to help with my needs. The management is top tier at customer satisfaction as well. I have yet to have an experience with any other dealer that has matched how I was personally treated here. Ross was the best salesperson I have had there over the years a very personable guy.

Chris Whiteside did a fantastic job facilitating my purchase. Chris made it easy and fair to buy this car in a competitive market. I live in Arizona wanted to purchase 2024 Nissan Z. Not only was everyone in my state overcharging. They were all rude and arrogant. As if they were doing my a favor by overcharging for a somewhat limited vehicle. So I bought this car in Colorado. All over the phone. Because Chris always answered my calls and was very respectful. I feel like I made a friend. And believe me, that's hard to say about a car salesman.

Greeley Nissan review
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Greeley Nissan! From the moment I walked in, everyone made the process easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Steve, my salesman, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle instead of making me feel pressured. He made the entire experience enjoyable. The finance manager was equally fantastic. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth, and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Buying a car usually sits somewhere between a root canal and fighting a raccoon over my garbage and I honestly never thought I’d say I had fun buying a new vehicle, but that’s exactly what happened! I can’t thank the team at Greeley Nissan enough for making what is usually a stressful experience such a positive one. I truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Valley Mitsubishi Longmont review
I talked to Jorge at Velley Mitsubishi to confirm the trim and color of an Outlander PHEV they had. I stated that I was out of state and it would have to be a really good deal for me to fly to the Denver area to get it. I then started to talk to the sales manager Chuck and he asked what price would make it worth me coming to Denver. We agreed on a price and I told them my flight. Jorge was nice enough to pick me up from the Denver and drive me 40 miles to the dealer ship. The deal we made on the phone was the deal that was written up. No tricks, no upsaling, just honest people. I then talked with Robin in finance and she was as nice as could be and I got everything just the way I wanted it. They filled up the tank and gave me a quick in service about a lot of the features. Jorge then even bought me a monster energy drink for the road since I had 6 hours of drive that day. My Mitsubishi is great, I got a good deal and all of the staff I worked with at Valley mitsubishi was excellent. (Jorge Partida, Chuck Dunlap and Robin Eveland). Two days and 900 miles later they checked on me to make sure I made it home safe and asked if I had any problems or questions about my Outlander. I'm loving it and am very glad I worked with Valley Mitsubishi.
