I worked with Luca on purchasing a beautiful used Rogue. He was amazingly helpful, friendly and honest. They spent a great deal of time getting the car ready for me and even delivered it to my home. Best car buying experience ever.

Mossy Nissan EscondidoReviews
Mossy Nissan Escondido review
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Mossy Nissan Escondido. They were super patient and gave us a good price without any effort, as well as a fair trade in value. I enjoyed dealing with the sales manager Jason, he was very up front about everything and doesn't play games. He's also very honest and says it like it is, we enjoyed his humor through the process. The sales people are very friendly and eager to help even when another dealer will be getting the commision. Our original sales person, Ramez Deeb, has greeted us every time I've seen him and helped us any way he could every single time. I pre-ordered a second car from Nissan, and George Barouta at Mossy Escondido went above and beyond showing me the cars, taking measurements, and helping any way he could. He put no pressure on me and was super easy to deal with. Mossy Escondido was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever! Unfortunately Nissan (Not Mossy) took forever to send my car and when I ended up selling my current car, I had to go to another dealership (since I could no longer wait for the car with trim I wanted). It was then I realized how different the experience can be and just how good Mossy Nissan Escondido is. The other dealer promised the world and then tried to rip me off, I had to walk out the door with my cash offer before they ran out and eventually got close enough that I didn't drive away without a car, and then only because I had checked every other dealer around 3 counties and knew this was the only one with my car. I've only had one service so far with Mossy Escondido and it was great, supper fast service by appointment, they washed the car and detailed the tires for free with the great priced service.
2027 Nissan Kicks review
I love this new Kicks. It’s so spacious and comfortable. It drives real smooth. I wanted a small suv but not too small. Dre the car guy at Serra Nissan in Centerpoint. showed me the 2027 Kicks and that was it. Loving it.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my Sentra from Mossy Nissan Poway, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to listen to my preferences and needs, and they guided me through the different options available without any pressure. The sales team at Mossy Nissan Poway truly understands customer service and made me feel valued throughout the entire process. The dealership's environment was clean, organized, and comfortable. It was evident that they prioritize their customers' comfort and convenience. The sales representative was patient and answered all my questions, ensuring I had a clear understanding of the features and benefits of the Sentra. What really stood out to me was their transparency when it came to pricing and financing options. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and they worked with me to find a payment plan that fit within my budget. This level of honesty and integrity is something that sets Mossy Nissan Poway apart from other dealerships. Once I made my decision, the process of finalizing the purchase was smooth and efficient. Michael Jimenez has been an amazing help during this process. As someone who was so scared to come into a dealership to buy my first car he is exactly what I was needing and didn’t know it! He has an amazing way of explaining things when you’re confused and he will absolutely work his hardest for you!! I will recommend him to anyone who will listen!! If it’s out of your way trust me he is worth the drive!!

I have a crazy story but it has a great ending. Everyone from my salesman Ethan to my service guy Lance, I had an overall great experience. So I had been searching for 8 months for the unicorn of a car. I had very explicit expectations in order for me to walk into a car dealership.....God knows going into a car dealership is the LAST thing anyone wants to do. So when I found that needle in a haystack I walked into my salesman Ethan. This boy was the kindest most transparent salesman ive ever met.( hes gonna go far). He made my final decision very easy. The negotiation with price with Vince, the sales manager was not typical. Although money was discussed, which is very uncomfortable for me, my team was very helpful and transparent. Their energy helped me feel at ease for the first time in buying a car. And that was just the beginning, a week and a half later my check engine light came on and Ethan said bring it here so we can check it out as soon as possible. So upon leaving my new vehicle they discovered it needed something in the transmission, so a big deal....And in comes My service guy Lance. Lance was very patient and a great communicator. But there's a problem.....they couldn't get the part they needed in a fast enough manner. Because I would not have had the car in the near future, the whole team came together and figured out how to get me into a comparable car that day....it could have been a huge problem but the team i got at Temecula Nissan was outstanding. I will definitely come back and recommend this car dealership to anyone that asks for advice. Thanks guys I had a wonderful experience... Stacy

Temecula Nissan review
I had an outstanding experience at the dealership. From the start, Logan, the salesman, was extremely helpful, answering all my questions with honesty and clarity. Greg, the sales manager, ensured the entire process was seamless, with no hidden fees or surprises. Israel, the finance manager, made the financing smooth and pressure-free—he simply ensured I had what I needed and then expedited the paperwork. Once everything was done, the truck was ready—clean, full tank, and on time. As for the truck itself, my 2026 Nissan Frontier is phenomenal. I’m thrilled with my choice—the truck is comfortable, powerful, and incredibly useful. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Nissan, and I absolutely recommend the Frontier to anyone who needs a dependable midsize truck.
