We recently bought a new Grand Highlander, Zack was our sales man had a great buying experience working with Zack and Dan Deery Toyota. We were looking to buy a Highlander and Zack mentioned a Grand Highlander to us and really glad he did, we love the extra room with the Grand Highlander.

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

We leased a Nissan Leaf in 2013 and again in 2020. They were almost giving them away in 2020 since gasoline was $2 under Trump's watch. We got ours for $149 a month, zero down, no other fees. We really like the Leaf. Excellent commuter and City car. The company I work for has free L2 chargers so it's a win-win. Car is quiet, solid, and no squeaks or rattles.

JT was very attentive and understanding what kind of car I wanted. He really went the extra mile to help me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My financing was a little sketchy, but he was a great help.

The car has exactly what I wanted which is environmental friendliness, low purchase cost (with gov't rebates), low fuel cost, and minimal maintenance requirements. I don't recommend it for long trips because CHAdeMO DCFC is obsolete, but I rely almost exclusively on home recharging. I think the S+ is the best choice because it has the longest range and it lacks driver assistance, which I believe is too immature as a technology.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. 4.95 Stars. Recently found a vehicle that I wanted, located on PricePro's lot in Ohio. (Im from Michigan) Communicated with John Velez, whom answered all my questions promptly. The car was priced low enough where no negotiations were needed. The dealership was able to do remote documentation for the sale. My only complaint, mild as it is, I bought a EV that should have been charged and ready for me when arriving. I drove from a state away to be informed their staff failed to plug it in over night. They rushed it down to a lvl3 charger and resolved the oversight! Besides the little xxxx up, I would buy again, I would recommend John Velez to you if your in the market for one of their vehicles.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
