Bought this car new, have owned several maximas over years. Never had a problem with them. Fortunately didn't have far to drive to work. Retired in 2019, only have around 82,000 miles on this 2011. Took it twice from Pennsylvania to Colorado, very comfortable to travel in. I recommend this vehicle.

Eddie was very easy to work with and super kind. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement. He allowed me to take the car for as long as I wanted and I felt no pressure whatsoever. When I expressed concern about a noise I heard, he drove the car with me to see if it were something he could fix BEFORE I purchased. I trust him and love my car!

I love my 2011 Nissan Maxima SV. Its very sporty looking and easy to add additional accessories and equipment to make it look sharp. It has been a very reliable car. I love my backup camera and my satellite radio. This car has lots of features for it just being a 2011 such as heated steering wheel, mirrors and both front seats. The dash looks awesome with its orange glowing indicators. I would say the only con is kinda expensive to maintain. Later after a new cvt transmission, I learned special transmission fluid must be changed as often as your oil changes if not more. Im not a huge fan of the CVT transmission as this slap stick shifter you dont feel it ever shift gears its explained to me that its like a big rubber band it just stretches as needed. Word to the wise: Change fluids within the first month if youve replaced your transmission on this car. Id still buy this sporty vehicle again and again.

The vehicle I bought had some problems. I did a thorough inspection and found some issues. They fixed the ones I mentioned to them. Buyer beware and have the vehicle inspected. When I got home I fixed the problems that I saw. I’m willing to repair the car and work on it myself.

The car is in pristine condition. Bought at a reasonable price! It was worth the drive from Chicago to Ohio to purchase. Will make my next purchase using this method.

Let's be real, we're in the age of technology. Customers dont want to call or stop in for more information on a car. We want to email, we want to text, we want answers quickly, we want fair prices. We don't want to waste our time. This dealership gets that! Finally, a dealership that is responsive. There was no pressure to call or stop in, in fact all our communication was via email before walking in the door to buy. Chris responded quickly, answered all my questions and gave me my out the door price quote. We set an appointment time that worked for me. Stopped in. Test drove the car; my mechanic came with me to inspect it. Everything matched the carfax and the description so we bought. If you're looking for a no hassle, no haggle, no pressure, fair dealership to do business with that won't waste your time, I highly suggest working with them. It really was easy as 1,2,3. Made an appoitment for service. The dealer took my vehicle as soon as i arrived. They performed the service, maintenance evaluation, and washed the vehicle all with in the time they said they needed. The service tech, William, was fast and accurate ingetting me signed in and inreturning the vehicle when service was done. The waiting room was comfortable and clean while i waited for my vehicle.

Best experience. This dealership exceeds expectations in parts and purchasing. They really know how to treat a customer. They are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Love when I arrive they remember me and call me by my first name.

I only write reviews for truly exceptional businesses. Truly great buying and post-purchase experience. My wife fell in love with this Jeep, and Dan let us take it for a test drive “as long as you want”. We didn’t abuse the offer, but went for a healthy drive. Loved the manual, but you always have to wonder if the prior owner wore out the clutch, but no problem as Dan had already installed a new clutch as well as a couple new tires and a couple other things. We returned it and said we wanted to sleep on it. There was no hard sell at all. I called the next day to see if I could bring it to my regular mechanic. “No problem”, said Dan. I took it to my regular guy half expecting to get a report back about a half dozen things that were either worn out, broken, or just missing. As it turned out, my mechanic came back saying, “we couldn’t find a single thing wrong!” He seemed disappointed, so I know he tried to find anything. Even with that, I was a little nervous about the purchase - you know what I’m talking about, that “Am I just buying someone else’s problem?” feeling. We needed a car, my wife loved the car, it came back with a clean inspection, and the price was very reasonable compared to other options I reviewed online. So we went for it. Dan made sure the car was detailed and handled all the registry stuff. Not two days after we got delivery, the engine light comes on. I’m thinking, “Here we go….this is going to cost me”:( We called, and Dan was genuinely horrified, “Bring it in, I’ll take care of it.” Full stop right there. Awesome! We had already paid for the car, and I was not expecting that response. Dan provided a loaner and took what I would call exceptional care of the car not only fixing the what-ended-up-being-a-minor-issue, but also doing a full check, again, post-purchase, just to make sure it was perfect. I waited a month to write this review just to make sure nothing else happened, and it hasn’t. The car is great; my wife is happy. As I reflect back on the whole buying and post-purchase experience, I am in awe. How many companies these days not only ‘do what they say they will do’ but also add in a few ‘surprises and delights’? If you are a serious buyer, go here and buy from DRIVE and sleep well at night based on your good decision made.
