I bought a 2018 Maxima SL brand new. Have owned it over 6 years. Very comfortable, fast and fun to drive. Great brakes and safety suite is excellent. Adaptive cruise control has spoiled me. Have had no issues whatsoever with this car. No repairs. Just oil changes (synthetic) and new tires in the 6 years along with air filters.

They were quick to respond and ready to answer any questions. I received several emails asking if I would like to make appointment to see the vehicle or any financial questions.

He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Have owned the 2018 Maxima SL for 4 years. Bought it new. Nicest car I ever owned. Fast, fun and comfortable. Have had no maintenance issues. Best brakes I’ve ever had and the safety suite including adaptive cruise control are excellent. The Nissan 3.5 v6 is smooth and powerful. The CVT works fine and I drive hard and fast and it has not been an issue. Bought out the lease after 3 years and never have done that before in 20 years of leasing. I have the Pearl white and black top color scheme and the cars lines are sporty. May keep guises car forever!

Bought my Maxima in June of last year and am very satisfied with it. Have had many compliments from family and friends about it. Like the power and acceleration. Infotainment system is easy to use. Plenty legroom and comfortable to drive. Wanted something with some horsepower and this has it.

He explained each of the many features of the onscreen display, and customized the settings to fit my needs. Despite being sick the following day, he made sure that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was impressed with the cordiality of everyone at the dealership and I highly recommend them.

I’m not a fan of shopping for new vehicles, it always seems so pushy and fake. I got the opposite treatment with Anthony Pitts. It was like hanging out with a friend, no pressure and when he didn’t know something he would go find out, not try to make something up on the spot. There was no haggling over prices and then trying to sneak things by you. Open, transparent and super friendly. I came pre approved and they got me an even lower rate! This was easily the best experience buying a vehicle that I’ve ever had and plan to keep my business at Walser.

If I could give 100-star review for Tracy, I would!!! I had to get some things done on my Sentra that was covered under warranty, and she provided me a loner car until mine was serviced. She is the BEST and I will only schedule appointments with her. She is what customer service should always be. I have been going here since I bought my first Sentra in 2016 and even though I purchased my new Sentra in Florida I still will only go to Kelly Nissan because of Tracy. Give this woman a nice bonus and raise she definitely deserves it !!! Thank you Tracy

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!
