It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Was a great vehicle I loved to drive had issues with transmission! Worked in it numerous times as I also had of maintained at dealerships religiously! Just know I loved ! Driving this vehicle !

Our 2003 Murano meets all of our over all needs as a family of four! It?s seriously one of the most ?luxurious? looking vehicles our family has ever owned. The interior doesn?t lack either and is quite roomy for the four of us! We love our Murano!!

My Murano has 184,000 miles. Mostly expressway on long trips. It's been very reliable. The only thing is that a few months ago my transmission was slipping and my RPMs were getting high (3k+). I was told my transmission was going bad. After some research I decided to replace the CVT transmission oil (with synthetic) Since then it got a lot better. Drove to Texas from Chicago twice no problems.

This was a really great car buying experience. I live several hundred miles away from the dealership so most of the communication and pricing information was done online. I had to fly into the city the dealer is located which made me a little nervous knowing they could change some terms of the deal or present unexpected charges. To my relief, everything was exactly as promised online, the car was perfect, all personnel were amazing and the facility was clean and comfortable. My sales consultant, Larry, was especially helpful and friendly. I really appreciated his communication, picking me up at the airport, and making the process as quick and easy as possible!
