Byers ToyotaReviews
Byers Toyota review
I had an appointment with Colton to look at a 2023 RAV4 XLE . On my way to the dealership, he called me to let me know that it just sold. Being that I was only a few minutes away from Byers , thought I would see what other RAV4s that were available. So I met Colton and had a very nice conversation with him. He wrote down notes of what I was looking for in a RAV 4 and said he would contact me if something came in. A couple of days later I found what I was looking for at another car dealership in town. I figured it was only polite to let Colton know that I found another vehicle. Told him that I enjoyed taking to him, that he had a nice disposition about himself and would keep his card to recommend him to family and friends.

Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

I had an excellent experience working with Wilfredo Cordero. He was extremely friendly, professional, honest, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Wilfredo truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and confident with their purchase. His honesty, patience, and great customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Wilfredo Cordero to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would definitely work with him again in the future. Five-star service all the way!

2017 Nissan Murano review
Bought a brand new 2020 Murano "S" on March 1,2021 for $26,499 as they wanted to clear the lot of the 2020 models and could not be happier!! I drive a 1993 Mazda 4x4 60 times a year to a ski resort as I do NOT want the Murano to be subjected to the liquid salt applied to the roads here in Idaho. The last day of the season the roads were dry and as I drove out of the crowd at the after ski party....a parent yelled "you drive THIS?" Has only 10,500 miles and is worth now over $32,000 as ALL used cars are usually more than what people paid for them new in the last 2 years.

Terrific from top to bottom. Lisa Clark was amazing on getting the job taken care of on the administrative side and the crew there did a fantastic job on fixing my car. Video from the inspection on the damage by a fast in and out oil change place, the one where you stay in your car, and Tom Woods's team fix their terrible mistakes. Thank you to your team for getting me back out there. My wife and I are so impressed, and as avid honda owners, will now be taking our business there. Fatastuc from top to bottom.

Montrose Westside Auto CampusReviews
Montrose Westside Auto Campus review
We had such a great experience working with Jay! He was incredibly patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process..What really stood out was that he let us take the vehicle for a few hours on our own, which gave us the opportunity to really see if it was the right fit for us. That made such a difference and honestly brought us very close to purchasing the vehicle. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to go in a different direction and purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from another dealership. It really came down to the vehicle itself, not the experience we had with Noah. In fact, my husband liked him so much that he almost wanted to go back and buy from him simply because he enjoys buying from people he likes! We will absolutely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a car!

Lexus of Knoxville review
The sales person. Dominic was fantastic to work with. He did a great job in dealing with the lower priced used car. The paperwork for buying a $9K car was a lot, but we got through it. I did buy the car and Lexus of Knoxville treats us very well! Highly recommended them.

We worked with a wonderful Sales Associate, Sarai N, and could not have been happier with her patience with us and with her knowledge about the vehicle we were buying. Sarai kept us informed about the delivery date of our vehicle to Lia Toyota of Northampton and she made sure that we were completely happy with the service of getting our vehicle ready for delivery. If you are looking at cars at this location go ahead and ask to work with Sarai, she is a wonderful person and a true professional in the car business.

Quick, easy, found us a higher loan with better financing terms than we could find. Very friendly. I'd go back at this point.
2017 Nissan Murano review
I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
When I bought my first truck from Rich Klaben 11 years ago, he came down and introduced himself to me and thanked me for purchasing my f150 XLT from his dealership. I thought that was pretty classy. Last night he gave me a call to thank me for my new Lariat purchase and to see if was ok. These gestures speak volumes about Klaben Ford! When I was thinking about about a new Lariat, I spoke with Mike Brandvold who was instrumental in helping me make my decision for a new truck, and he told me that I should meet Louis Polos who would take good care of me. I met with Louis in June and we began to put an order together. I love how Klaben's salesmen do not employ pressure tactics and Louis was no exception! As an aside, I bought the wife a Toyota rav4 last year at Bedford Toyota and the experience was the stereotypical crappy car buying experience that so many have come to know. Again, that's what makes Klaben so special since I have never experienced that at Rich's dealership. That is why I return. I would like to put in a good word for Louis who has "held my hand" during this truck ordering process and has helped me in every way during this journey. He continues to be available to answer my many questions regarding this new technically advanced f150. I appreciate his knowledge of all facets of the truck, from the hybrid engine operation to the Sync 4 system. Because of him and Mike, I would and will continue to recommend Klaben to my friends and acquaintances if they were to consider a new vehicle purchase. Sent from my iPad

I love my Nissan Murano 2017 SV bought it brand new! Only problem had this year was having to change the cam shafters. My car is black so you see all scratches. The paint job could be better quality.
