We originally saw the auto online and talked about a trade in via phone. Richard Walsh made the transaction easy and pleasant. He knew we would be driving down from the Northeast and would be exhausted; papers were organized and ready, car was right up front when we pulled up. The dealership was clean; people very friendly, the car was clean, had mats and 2 keys. YAY! I would recommend Mazda of Port Charlotte and Rich Walsh. We will be back when shopping for a second car. I bought this vehicle 10 years ago & now have over 200,000 miles on odometer. Best vehicle I have owned & I have had many. Very little repairs needed. I drive it every day, pull trailers with it & never failed to start.
