Used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for sale near Marengo, IL

i think car max got it right when they make you an offer they are serious.it is good for 7 days and the process is rather seamless

The CVT is something to get used to for sure, but I live in a low density almost rural suburban county. If I had to drive this in city stop and go traffic, I'd probably not recommend it. For areas where you can start and go it's very enjoyable to drive. Comfortable, powerful, good visibility. I average about 23 unless I'm on actual highways and then it's usually around 27 mpg which is great for a V-6 with this power. The groan from the drivetrain is due to the lower RPM at low speeds. I bought mine with 113k miles and have had no real issues yet. The vehicle had a transmission fluid change at 100k, and had regular oil changes every 5 to 6k miles during its life. I can't really complain, it was such a good deal (used).

Excellent SUV. It will be replaced by a new, 2023 or 2024 Pathfinder. Reliability and value. No problems. Mantained by the book. Definitely recommended. Great performance.

I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! We had an older Xterra that we drove the wheels off. We bought this used Pathfinder SV with 22,000 miles on it and 2 years left on the bumper to bumper warranty. Extremely comfortable, rides smooth and had been extremely reliable. Uses no oil between oil changes. We really enjoy this vehicle. I still get giddy that we own such a nice vehicle and it's exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, reliability and safety (is a higher riding rig, so you see over many of the smaller cars on the road). I see that it's also really held it's value (used 2017 Pathfinders are still near the$18,000 to $20,000 range, in many cases, which is only slightly less than what we paid for ours nearly 3 years ago).

The sales agent understood our needs, made suggestions, was knowledgeable, personable, informative, and accommodating. A great and efficient car buying experience.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

My salesman Darrien was very professional and cared for me from the beginning to the end. He should be used as an example for all the sales people.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Friendly people and seems like they care about you and always helpful. Makes you fill comfortable when you walk in the doors. Prices are good. Easy to deal with. For me only Ford dealership out there.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

The experiences that my husband and I have had with our salesman John Dasiak and Casey Wildey have been astronomical!! We have bought several vehicles from Capital City Ford and couldn’t be happier with the length of time spent at the dealership to the final process. They both take their time to listen to our wants and needs! They both take exceptional care of their customers!!

These people are the best! Derrick Burns was so easy to work with. Never pushy. I live in northern Michigan and had to purchase long distance. Derrick took my 76 year old parents on a test drive so they could FaceTime me and make sure all was great. And Josh Kern in the finance department made it buying from afar so easy. He fed ex’d Me the documents over night and even discounted the price more when he noticed I had done a mathematical error. The car is a dream and working with these guys is too!
