I looked at a new to me Volvo for a year. There was always a reason I couldn???t pull the trigger on other cars. I went and looked at this one after finding it on Autotrader. Chris Walker was so kind, funny, and easy to work with. And They were willing to come down to the price I had my heart set on as well. Chris was so patience with me bringing in BOTH my parents since I really like their input on big purchases I make. I've dealt with Tom Peck Ford for more than 20 years now and am impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional the entire staff is. Service department has always treated me fairly and both routine service and unexpected repairs are done promptly and done right.
I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit
The first time I arrived I was treated like a customer already I was welcomed my the car salesman Carl with a warm smile and positive attitude he allowed me to test drive the car of my choice with any hassle of asking me my credit score or any personal information that will either qualify me for the car or not qualify ..it didn't matter he gave me a choice to test drive and that was the best feeling ever being comfortable while shopping ...great people..great buy...great customer service and most of all great Car¿¿
First time here. Glad they had Saturday hours for service and lots of available time slots when I called 10 days before. Shane, a service advisor, was ready to help me as soon as I pulled into the Service Dept. He greeted me right away, was friendly and dressed appropriately. Before I left the area, he plugged a device into the driver area and started evaluating my Regal right away. Shane could tell me immediately that one of my brake taillights was out. He told me he would order the part for the light repair so that this problem can be resolved. He informed me the oil change would take about 45 minutes and he was correct - if not a little bit earlier. The waiting area was clean and there was a water cooler (free), coffee, as well as vending machines. There was also a TV with cable or satellite. In a corner was also a desk and chair - could not tell if there used to be a PC for customer use or not. Overall, very pleased with my first (and certainly not last) service appointment here at Finley Buick GMC. And thank you, Shane. P.S. I received a telephone message yesterday - only 3 days later - informing me my taillight part was in stock so the repair could be scheduled and completed. Nice job! They do what they say they promise. Would have liked a car wash - always got one when I've taken my car to a dealership for service - but maybe they don't offer that.

My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. $45 to patch a flat tire, Unbelievable, will not be going there again as I have been for the last 2 yrs. Service dept always friendly. But after I bought my new car in June, I call with questions about the title and no one every picks up the phone in Sales dept or in Title dept. Tried several times rings 10 times after girl transfers me. Finally got a voice mail after numerous tries and left 2 messages with 2 different people that was 3 weeks ago, never returned my call even with the finance dept. Terrible communication there. Yesterday place was deserted in the Sales area
