Caleb helped me to narrow down the options and really work through the car that would work best for me with the features I needed and also the price point I wanted. He was available for questions and to help before and after I bought the car. Mark helped to answer my financial questions. Jason checked in on me to make sure all was going well. This whole process was so worth it and made the car buying experience pleasant.

Metro Nissan of Indianapolis review
5 stars for Metro Nissan of Indy! I purchased a 2026 Nissan Kicks and the whole process was quick and easy. Brandon, the sales manager, and Anil, my salesman, were both great to work with. I told them where I wanted to be on price and they made it happen without all the back and forth you normally deal with at a dealership. I was in and out and couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. Definitely recommend Brandon, Anil, and the team at Metro Nissan of Indy!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

Amy is very personable and easy to work with. Check-in was easy and she explained the scope of work and the estimated cost. I was kept informed during the repairs. Additional repairs were required and the scope and cost was explained. Excellent service experience. I experienced the benefit of the repair on the drive home as the performance was noticeably improved. Thank you to the customer service team!

I took my Pathfinder in for oil change and tire rotation. Monica, my Service representative, was professional and personable. I waited in the lounge and was on the road again in 30-40 minutes! A smooth routine maintenance appointment . Will return for future maintenance 👍

Tom Wood Nissan review
Overall, a great experience. I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle on their lot and scheduled an appointment with Chris Chavis. Chris made the whole process smooth from viewing & test drive to processing purchase paperwork. I can't speak on their financing options as I was paying cash, but the financing department wasn't overly pushy about extended warranty options. I also didn't know about Tom Wood's included lifetime powertrain warranty going in, but that's a pretty unbeatable perk if the vehicle price is fair and you plan on keeping it for a while. 10/10 "Wood" recommend.

I don't feel Jason Wetzel sold me a car. He made the effort ot find out what I wanted, then got to work making sure I got it at a fair price. It was a totally pressure-free experience. So, in the end, I drove away in a quality car of my choice at a fair price. I regret that I can't remember the names of everyone else who helped me.
