After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. Long story short - the complete purchase from the time the Mark Itzo contacted me about a 2020 Nissan Kicks they had to the time my wife & I drove off the lot was UNDER 2 hours. & those 2 hours where incredibly wonderful with Mark treating my wife & myself as customers whom mattered to the finance folks whom had us in & out of the finance office in under 20mins. I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I bought a 2016 SL used in 2017 from the dealer. It has a lot of great features. The SL model rides and handles a lot better then lower models. Good inside room for passengers and storage. Pretty good gas mileage and pickup for the size. No CVT issues so far that I've heard of. Suggest you pay attention to CVT maintenance as it requires more service than your standard geared transmission. I got that from a 2015 Juke I still own. Renewed maintenance resolved the dreaded CVT "stumble".

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2016 and it is now 2024. I have to say it is one of the best cars I have ever owned, I only have 58,000 miles on it going into my 8th year of ownership. I did not get the moonroof as that was not a problem I wanted, but I did get the SL with the Red exterior and Almond interior (all leather). It has hands free talking and texting, lots of whistle and bells, it beeps when backing up if there is a car or person behind you, and the excellent stereo system for just a few of the SL features. I did not have the blind spot monitor( I wish I did) or the adaptive cruise control, other than that I have every other option. The best gas mileage I got was 36mpg on the highway, and I could drive from Atlanta to Mobile on one tank of guess which is awesome. I have taken very good care of the car with a regular maintained schedule with all the records in the glove box and I have never had one problem with this car at all. The smooth ride had sold me over and I also have a KIA Sorento of the same year, and it rides like a freight train compared to the rogue. Maybe I just got lucky, and got a great car, but everyone I talk to that has a Rogue all seem to love theirs as well as I do mine. I can only hope the newer models are as reliable as my 2016, as I plan on driving it until it can no longer go or I wear out before it does. This is just my honest opinion; I am no car salesman or have any stock or reason to brag on my Nissan Rogue, other than it has been a great ride these last going on 8 years.

Each and every time I spoke with these young man, there remarks was always something that up lifted my spirit. It has been a challenge moving from up North to the Dallas area. Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

They were all very nice and the manager was awesome Josh and the gentleman that sold me the car today he was just great and I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he was very kind very patient and had a good sense of humor put us at ease and made everything work in our favor and so I was so very grateful we've had a lot of bad experiences lately but this one was not one of them I am very grateful for them at drive time. And when I find out the guy's name that was my salesman today I promise you I'm going to do another review with his name.

Finding a suitable car for my son as he heads off to college was fairly simple @ Gulliver. They have good inventory at various purchase levels. Mark Johnson is a super guy to work with. We enjoyed the positive, relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Friendly people but not pushy. Lots of cars on a small space. All cars have doors unlocked, with keys inside, so you can enter and see for yourself - without being attacked with nonsense by some annoying sales person. In result, we made a fast purchase, after a quick negotiation with Ricky and Angel. Paperwork was done quickly and professionally, and my daughter left with her new car.
