LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOW GOOD GOD IS AND HOW HE SHOWS UP WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN EXPECTING HIM TO. I FEEL THAT HE WAS THE ONE WHO PLACED TERRY PHILLIPS IN MY PATH THAT DAY. I HAD BEEN HAVING 1 "SMALL" ISSUE WITH MY 2011 NISSAN SENTRA I CALLED IT (SILVER FOX) EVER SINCE I BROUGHT THE CAR A YEAR AGO FROM ONE OF THOSE GOD FORSAKEN BUY HERE PAY HERE LOTS. I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. EVERY TIME I WOULD START MY CAR IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO CRANK OR CATCH, RIGHT?! NO BIGGIE AS IT ALWAYS TURNED ON AND RODE FINE. THAT IS UNTIL THE PROBLEM STARTED WEARING ON MY BATTERY AND I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND THEN IT DRAINED THAT BATTERY SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE. LAST WEEK I SAID ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I'M JUST GONNA PUT MONEY INTO HER AND FIX HER UP. LAST SATURDAY I PAID FOR $300 IN REPAIRS AND THIS PAST SATURDAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR $300 MORE IN REPAIRS, BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO MEINEKE TO GET IT FIXED LET ME TAKE IT TO NISSAN AND HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT. I MEAN THEY WOULD KNOW THE CAR BETTER THEN ANYONE. HERE IS WHERE YOU INSERT TERRY PHILLIPS THE MAN TO GO TO IF YOU'RE PURCHASING A CAR FOR THE FIRST TIME OR 5TH TIME. WHILE WAITING FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR I TALKED WITH TERRY. TERRY MUST'VE SEEN THE WORRY AND STRESS ETCHED ON MY FACE. HE CALMLY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE. HE GENUINELY WANTED TO HELP MY SITUATION. HE TOLD ME ABOUT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAR THAT WAS READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. MIND YOU IT HAD ALREADY BEEN DETAILED AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE DEAL HE WAS WORKING OUT FOR A WOMAN HAD FALLEN THROUGH. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING IF YOU JUST CONTINUE TO BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH IN HIM. TAKE NOTHING TO MAN AND EVERYTHING TO HIM. TERRY PHILLIPS YOU ARE THE IT FACTOR THERE! YOU HELPED ME GET MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR. SAY BYE BYE TO PRE-OWNED CARS. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A CAR IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL BE SURE TO SEND ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO YOU. Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Our salesman???s name was George Barton he was very kind and helpful and he got us into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander for only $50 more a month than we were paying for our old 2007 van! Only reason the facilities didn't get a 5 star rating was because there were so many cars there; it was a little congested. My overall experience was excellent.

Kristan Johnson is an awesome service person. She's knowledgeable, kind, considerate and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the service you need. I give her a 10 star rating. The best so far. Also Michael in the service dept. My hat off to them. Kristen is the reason I always come to Nissan of Silsbee because I know she'll take care of my needs. You can call Kristen and she will make sure you get the service you deserve. I've never been dissatisfied with a visit when I go thru her. My experience was mainly with Donna Mechmann, the Sales Manager. She was forthright and accommodating and she made every effort to make sure that my car buying experience was enjoyable. I found Donna and her staff to extremely trustworthy which was s important since I found the car on-line. Highly Recommend!

went in hoping to find a car listed on this site and after looking at the photos with Jessica, we found out that there was two different cars in the photo and the listing was completely off. She helped me find the exact car I was looking for and I walked out at the price I wanted. No pressuring or persuading into getting anything I didn't want (unlike the Bedford nissan). Staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience there. My family has bought 6 cars from them and they are literally the only dealership we will go to. Jessica was great and we had Andrew in the past and he is also wonderful.

I leased my new 2017 Equinox in September, the salesman, Josh Zavaglia was wonderful. He got he best deal for me for the quality vehicle I wanted. Recently I had an oil change. Again the service department was very helpful, efficient and fast. I was put of there in no time. In the past I purchased elsewhere, but went o Sun for service, they have always done an excellent job.

Working with Amanda Rozario was easy and enjoyable, she walked me through the process beginning to end and was always available for a question or to let me know what was happening. She assisted me in getting a fair trade value for my car and did the haggling for me. She was also able to show me a car that would allow me to remain in a payment bracket that I was comfortable with. The whole team was helpful and professional and treated my business as important and welcome from beginning to end. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at mastria and I would insist on working with Amanda!!!

It has been 15 yrs. since I've needed to purchase a new vehicle. I have spent time in newer vehicles with the technology offered, but not enough to know what I really wanted or needed. When I walked into the Nissan Auto Nation, Tempe I was greeted by Christian Bustos. I explained to Christian that I have some knowledge of the bells and whistles in today's vehicle, but I wanted to be treated like a blank slate. Christian to that bit of information and ran with it. Christian was very patient taking the time to work with me to overcome any challenge that I had. In the end I could have purchased anywhere. I returned to Auto Nation because of the customer service provided by Christian, and everyone that I encountered at Auto Nation Nissan. Excellent pricing too! I had been looking at the New Titans since Nov of last year (2016) when I first noticed the new designed truck was out. After test driving at my local dealer, I liked the truck but after talking numbers with them it was easy to see they were playing games and not "in a hurry" to sell. Well, I was in no hurry to buy either as this wasn't really a need but a want. Fast forward to end of February (2017) I was checking truck models online for my favorite model and color/options through CarGurus.com to see what was available. Only two dealerships had the exact model so I emailed them both to get pricing. Estrella from Carson Nissan was the first to contact me followed shortly by the other dealer. Both offers seemed fair but not great so I was planning on waiting another month. Estrella actually followed up and called the next day and after talking gave a even better price so I decided I would drive down later after work and see how it goes. Once there I was greeted politely and I asked for Estrella in Internet sales. She met with me shortly after and paired me with Anthony Camacho to get the paperwork started and apologized but was getting off work soon, so Irvin Vasquez would be taking over. Anthony was new but very professional and courteous and helped a ton with filling out forms needed while Irvin got my trade inspected quickly and was getting the numbers together. Irvin then tells me the truck I came for had been sold (dealer traded) a few hours earlier, but not to worry he could get another one that night by dealer trade (ironically). Luckily I knew there was only one more in the area and sure enough Irvin called and secured it to Carson that night. This is where I thought the usual back and forth would start, and I really wasn't planning on buying that night, but I was wrong. Irvin made a great offer for my trade and with the current incentives Nissan was offering on the Titan, the price was around invoice without a ton of hassle that I went though just 3 months ago at a closer dealer - and that was just trying to get them around MSRP ! Anyway, it was obvious that Carson Nissan actually wanted to sell and not play games. Onto financing, we all know the horror stories associated with the backend, All I can say is I met with Freddie Berzunza and the guy was 1st class straight up and won't pressure you into anything you don't want. Fred even offered tips I didn't know to get my FICO even higher and some other strategies to help me down the road. Overall I was kind of shocked because I've bought brand new vehicles more than most and the lack of battle was so nice, it made me wonder if I was diligent enough ... well, after waiting a month to write this review (not on purpose just been busy) and watching the numbers on Trucar and other sites, I'm comfortable that I really got that rare no haggle deal, I guess those awards are for real after all. Anthony has followed up twice and Fernando Sandoval (whom never even met) even called this week to see how I was enjoying the new truck and if there was anything else they could do. Just an awesome experience for once, Thanks again Anthony and Irvin for not wasting my time. Definitely will recommend A+ SS
