Let me start off by saying that I purchased my first car (03 Civic EX) here back in 2017. Firstly, the quality and attention to detail they put into their cars is just as exceptional as their attention to customer care, which is the reason I came back for my most recent purchase: 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Long story short, my WRX was totaled and I needed a car quick. I made one of the employees, Ashley, aware of my situation and she insured the car buying process was comfortable, quick, and efficient. I was allowed to check every aspect of the car (body, interior, engine bay, frame, etc) without being bothered which was very much appreciated. Then, we took it for a test drive along their predetermined route. This route is efficiently designed in such a way that you will be able to push the car more to ensure performance is as expected. In addition, their car fax system was down so I had to purchase it on my end but she happily reimbursed me the difference. After purchase, I noticed Various interior parts were repaired/replaced as well as various fluids. Needless to say, I will certainly be purchasing my next car here. TLDR: - Exceptional customer service - Expansive inventory of all makes and models - High attention to detail (Maintenance-wise) - No xx. As long as you have common sense when it comes to purchasing !!USED!! vehicles, this place will not let you down. If anyone goes the extra mile, it’s North Hills Auto Mall!!

This is my first car and I absolutely love it! I plan to keep my car for as long as I can. It's very reliable, I've had the car for about a year and half now and I've only ever had 2 issues with the car. The first being the starter not working right after I purchased it and the 2nd being the AC going out a few months, with both issues being fixed and relatively cheap, although I take my car to a mechanic I personally know instead of a dealership. This car has never left me stranded or failed me, It has always and I mean always started right up. I also love how comfortable and quiet the cabin is. Even on the highway it is nice and quiet on the inside and it drives so smoothly, I always get complements on how smooth and nice the car is while driving. The car is amazing on gas! I do put gas about once a week although I do travel a bit further for work along with all my errands so it all depends on how often you drive. My car is the 2.0 SL which is the mid trim level, it comes with steering wheel buttons, cruise control and a slightly nicer radio system. People tend to complain about the CVT transmission, I've yet to have any issues with it and I'm currently at 183K miles! although I did buy my car used and it had 169K when i first got it so I'm not too sure about before hand but so far I myself don't have any issues. It's all about taking good care of your car, I'm always on top of maintenance such as oil changes, breaks, tires, etc. Just take good care of your car and it will take care of you. I love the radio system, It has a WORKING CD player which may not matter to most but I'm a CD collector so I'm so glad it not only comes with it but also works, but it also has an aux port which i find amazing as most cars around this time period don't have any way to connect a phone. My only complaint about this car is that I do wish it came with keyless entry, mine only came with just the key itself and I do know the nicer trim levels get the keyless entry but it still would be nice to have! Overall it's an amazing car and I plan to keep her for as long as I can

Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. Would do business with Supreme Auto again.

Very good extremely reliable just hit 85,000 MI only thing change is few breaks couple of batteries and the tire pressure gauge monitor whent out at 59k miles other than that no problems this don't try driving on the snow or it'll be a death trap..

I love my Nissan Sentra. Have not had any problems. I take good care of my car. It drives really nice. Keep up on your oil changes. And your tires etc. Mines runs really good.I live in Oregon. Have driven my car to Tucson and back. Six times. Going again in April. No problems. Just take good care of your car.

I've had my Sentra S for about five years now, and with maintenance it's still kicking at 150k miles. I won't lie, I've done things with it that should have been done with a truck - taken it to the desert numerous times, piled it with supplies for long camping trips, road trips, I tow a light trailer with it... the whole nine yards. It has never left me stranded. The stock sound system is decent, the shocks have held up surprisingly well, the interior is roomy and comfortable, and the trunk is rather large. I'm always shocked by how much I can fit safely in this vehicle. It also has pretty decent gas mileage; I average about 25mpg overall. My gripes? -It's not top-of-the-line in styling (though I put aftermarket halo headlights in that really spruce it up, as well as more stylish wheel covers), and the interior radio interface is falling apart. Buttons falling off, etc. The whole interior is dated - no touch screen, no bluetooth, no USB separate from the cigarette charger, nothing fancy. Don't expect any frills with this car. But what do you expect, it's from 2008. -The tire pressure indicator breaks every time I replace it. I've stopped replacing it and just check pressure myself. -This was the biggest one... the stock transmission did NOT have a cooling system! Idk if this was a fluke or what, but my car used to overheat like crazy on mountainous roads. I had to pay a pretty chunk of money to get a new cooling transmission put in. But, since then, no problems. Overall, it's a great commuter vehicle with unexpected resiliency for weekend adventures. And for $8k at 35,000 miles when I started, I would say it's well worth the money.
