Brand Jaguar one would imagen to be more luxury (In the Past) But waiting launche its not even like Used Car Dealer in a rural town .

This car check all my boxes for an economic sedan with good aesthetics. It looks sporty and more expensive than it is, offers a comfortable ride and a lot of safety features. The only thing I wish is that they offered a more powerful engine. 149 hp is ok for everyday commuting, but would like the option of more.

I came there looking to trade in my car for a bigger one thinking I would be disappointed because I tried 2 other dealerships and they wouldn’t do it but going to hart Nissan in Springfield and working with Kevin Palmer he made it happen he was so respectful and nice and very pleasant to have worked with but don’t get me wrong everyone there was so nice and very pleasant but I would Definitely recommend people to go there and check out Kevin Palmer he is and was a blessing 😘❤️Thank you

I love mine. The only thing I would say is that is not as economic in gas as the Nissan Versa Note 2015 that I trade I only drive 10 minutes from home to work, and my days off I still at home, and I am spending more in gas, I don't know why.. But overall, I love it.

If your going state the 2021 Sentra S has 16 inch rims, you would put 16 inch rims on the car not 15 inch rims. Felt like an xxx because I had ordered 16 inch rims and had to return them because they were the WRONG SIZE. LOST MONEY ON SHIPPING AND RESTOCK FEEs and still don't have rims for the car.

Always a good experience with the service team at Brown’s Fairfax. When I call to make my service appointments, whoever answers the phone (this time Katelynn) they always take the time to go over my car service history and what I need at the mileage interval I’m at. Upon arriving, the service team is always welcoming and helpful. Katelynn and I went over things again with me and offered me a shuttle rather than using Uber so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Though I’ve never met any of the technicians in the shop, they always return my car in good, clean, tuned-up, working order. I’ve never had to question any service done to my car or been unhappy with their quality of care. One other thing I always notice at Brown’s Fairfax is the everyone seems very happy. That resonates to the customer. The Service Manager Matt clearly has a great team. Nice job!

Just purchased this car less than a month ago. It had less than 15,000 miles, the sr edition that is fully loaded. I really didn't think my perfect car was out there in my price range, because I wanted leather, heated seats (because of a back injury), good gas mileage (I travel to Tennessee to see family quite often) and looked great. I found it in a metallic gun metal grey! ( I have a 89 chevy silverado in the same color so I partial to that color.) I took my dad to the VA in it and average (best) gas mileage was 48.6. I couldn't stop smiling because I usually drive his 2020 Ram that gets like 24 mpg. I am so used to driving a pickup or SUV and this car is perfect.

Our sales rep, Mazen, was wonderful to work with. He found us the perfect car and we love it. Our new 2022 Nissan Rogue is beautiful and we love it. Mazen and the team at Brown’s Nissan were great to work with.

The service department at this dealership is excellent. I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe at a dealership in Springfield VA but their service department is awful. So for the past two or three years I’ve driven past that dealership and drive an additional 40 miles to Chantilly Hyundai. All of the service reps there have been great and Shawn is truly outstanding. I’ve thanked Shawn repeatedly, for the outstanding service but he responds “just doing my job”. My other car is a Lexus and they pride themselves on customer service but this department and Shawn in particular stand above all others I‘ve experienced. This dealership is outstanding, particularly Bryan Sainz and Chris Collins. Chris handled all the legal details while Bryan was my very first contact and guided me throughout the entire process. Bryan rode along as I tested the car. He explained every single accessory and how to make it work. Note that I formerly drove a 2002 vehicle that had no modern amenities, so I needed instruction on everything.
