We recently purchased a Nissan from another dealership, which unfortunately came with an unresolved mechanical issue. After that dealership was unable to diagnose the problem, they referred us to Dennis Dillon. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the experience was exceptional. Kierra Briggs answered my call and, after patiently listening to the details of a complicated situation, helped me schedule an appointment efficiently and professionally. At our appointment, Kierra continued to impress. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive — not only addressing our primary concern but also taking note of several minor issues. Her technician successfully diagnosed the problem that the original dealership had been unable to identify. While we were unable to have Dennis Dillon complete the repairs, as the selling dealership is financially responsible and requires us to return to them, the contrast in customer service could not have been more stark. After our frustrating experience elsewhere, working with Kierra was a breath of fresh air. Without question, Dennis Dillon — and Kierra specifically — will be our first call for all of our automotive needs going forward.
2016 Nissan Sentra review
My Sentra is great on gas and has done well for five years before I had to do any real work to it. I would recommend this vehicle for sure.

2016 Nissan Sentra review
I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

2016 Nissan Sentra review
Out of all the cars I've had in my lifetime, my 2016 Nissan Sentra is the best car I've ever had. Purchased it in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it it only now has 57,000 Miles, the only thing that I've had to do on this car was replace two tires front and back brake pads and that's it and of course keeping up with oil changes and routine maintenance.but literally nothing else. Would I get a Nissan Sentra again absolutely.

I bought my 2016 Sentra sv with 40k a week ago from auto solutions in Alcoa TN I did a lot of research and this is a great value it's got a lot of room I'm 6ft 6 even the head room is good with the sunroof with the Sentra you get a lot of car for the money .power is good the ride is good I'm impressed with it the controls are easy to operate if you are in the market for reliable transportation consider the Sentra
