My 2023 Rouge was in for a warranty recall involving the replacement of the engine. Although it took along time, I was provided a rental car. Matt in service kept me advised of everything that was going on until the completion of the repairs.

The salesman Nik worked with me from beginning to end. He was very patient, answered my questions and offered financial solutions for my existing concerns. I love that he was also committed to delivering my car to me in person! I have been driving for many years and this is the FIRST time I can say buying a car was a pleasant, stress free activity. Thanks Nik!

I searched far and wide for a late model Pre-Owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I have driven manual transmission equipped Jeeps my whole life and I found my perfect match at Nissan of Turnersville. With no haggle pricing I got a fantastic deal! My purchase even included a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned Warranty which gives me great peace of mind. The entire facility is immaculate! It is very refreshing to do business with such a great company and work with people who actually care about their customers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car.

I recently purchased a new car from Conicelli Autoplex and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron Berga. From the moment I walked in, Cameron was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Cameron truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

Nissan of BowieReviews
Nissan of Bowie review
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. Thomas Nissan of Joliet review
Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.
