He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Excellently designed, Inside it has the right space for the right purpose. Outside it has a nice appearance. Safe while driving, but has a degree of uncertainty while backing up in parking lots. The gas fill up door is sensitive at the gas station attendants handling it. Preferably to be used on smooth roads. On rough roads its suspension is too rigid and also the transmission and engine oil pens are low at a high risk to be damaged.

This Heavy Duty work van is set up very well from the factory. The factory-installed shelving and roomy cargo area beat the competition hands down. The added advantage of a very comfortable passenger area, with a variety of storage compartments, cupholders, and bends, works great as a secondary office space when on the road. Mechanically the vehicle has been trouble-free. A welcome change from the other brands I've used over the years.

Purchased new in 2012. We use it in our business as a delivery truck. In 375,000 miles the only thing that needed fixing was one front wheel bearing which was done under warranty at 97,000 miles. Have gone through several sets of tires, brakes, fan belts and batteries which are wear items. No engine, transmission or rear end issues beyond regular lubricant changes.

This cargo van has everything that I need to do job and more. It big enough to move around in with a lot of storage space. And for 6 cylinder 2500 HD it has a lot of power!!! I bought this van with 136,000 miles on it but it runs and drives great!!!!
