I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! This van is a pleasure to drive, though it could have more power. So much space inside, easy to load/unload with low floor, dual sliding doors and fold away back doors! Feature packed for a work van; mine had navigation, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, keyless entry, alarm, xm radio and power everything! Great little van for a very affordable price.
