Received a coupon for a free oil change. Arrived early, got in quickly, and the oil change was done fast... and the service rep didn't try to upsell me. That alone is worth 5 stars.

Mr Ron and the service department manager James were very kind, courteous, honest and apologetic. I had a not so good line of communication and a bit of a run around but they made me feel like I mattered as a customer and resolved the issue as soon as they knew there was one. I appreciate them for turning the situation around and I can truly say they really do care about their customers! Thank you gentlemen again and nothing but best wishes for your company
2027 Nissan Kicks review
I love this new Kicks. It’s so spacious and comfortable. It drives real smooth. I wanted a small suv but not too small. Dre the car guy at Serra Nissan in Centerpoint. showed me the 2027 Kicks and that was it. Loving it.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
2012 Nissan Leaf review
I am in the market soon for a used Nissan Leaf i have checked out how i can refurbish the battery packs over time and slowly bring back the range spending 200 a month buying the refurbished battery packs on ebay for 50 bucks each .. 4 a month and in a year you will have a brand new battery for a lot less than dealers or repair shops will charge you.. it is something YOU can do with a volt meter and a wrench ..

Solomon amazing guy I was expecting the usual stressful dealership experience, but this guy Solomon was actually great to work with. He listened to what I needed, didn’t try to upsell me into something I didn’t want, and was transparent about the car and pricing. I’d gladly buy from him again.
