I had a wonderful experience today at Boyd. Chris was amazing, personable and kind! I went in for a test drive about 130pm. I had no intentions of purchasing a car today but I did. Chris was very informative through the whole process. I was home before 5pm with my car. He even helped me transfer all my belongings to the new car in below freezing weather.
I had help from Joshua Hampton , he sold me a beautiful 2015 Kia Sportage! I had a specific list of everything I wanted and he ticked all the boxes! I love everyone here, they are wonderful and super helpful! I recommend Paramount Kia of Asheville to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great customer service!

From the moment I got out of my car, I felt at ease and comfortable. Mike Newman met me and we chatted for a bit outside, before discussing my situation in his office. Back outside we looked at available options, test driving my final selection. By this time Mike pretty much had all the necessary information to present to the finance team, all the while maintaining a very easy interaction with me. After some back and forth, the finances were worked out and agreed upon. I would call my car buying experience refreshing and Mike was a big part of generating this feeling. I highly recommend anyone to visit Paramount and see for yourselves
We had Bobby Michales twice as our salesmen . I can't say enough about him.. how it went out of his way to help get us into both of our vehicles . If you need anything he's always there to answer your questions. I do recommend Fred Anderson Nissian and ask for Bobby Michales . And the environment was pleasant and warm . Thank you Bobby so much ..
The issue is really between the dealership and Nissan corporate that creates a barrier to simply doing the right thing for the customer. The dealership can do more to alleviate stress for the customer though. Rough service experience.
I've had my vehicle since new in June of 2015 I now have 122,00 miles on it. Fred Anderson has done all service and I have had no problems with my car at all. I have been very happy with the service department and the time it takes to be in and out. The staff here always makes me feel welcome. Thanks for all your hard work.

Stopped in here on the way home to TN. We had been looking at the Atlas but weren???t really ready to buy. Zack greeted us and we were immediately impressed with him and with the loans feel of the dealership. It???s s very well appointed and maintained place. Long story short, thanks to Zack, we drove our new Atlas home to TN that evening. The staff stayed overtime to clean up the car and make the deal. This is s great place and I recommend you stop in and see Zack. He???s top-notch.
