Had a very good car buying experience with sales man, Jon Pinardi. Not pushy. Just answered questions promptly and politely. He even picked me up at home the morning the car was ready (the dealership put snow tires on for us) and drove me to the dealership, which is over an hour away over a mountain pass. He very patiently explained all of the various features and controls of our new Outback, including using the paddle-controlled manual transmission for safely traversing the downhill side of said pass, of which Jon has years of driving experience. Highly recommend Jon. The dealership did try to up-sell me an expensive extended warranty in a little room with door closed, but this only lasted a few minutes and was the only negative to my purchase experience.
Purchased a Suburban from Teton Motors ....long distance. I live in Texas, they are in WY. They were very friendly, straightforward, trustworthy and responsive. They made the long distance purchase very easy and smooth. They even picked me up from the airport ...which is about 18 miles away. Very happy with the entire experience. David and Sean were both awesome. Would recommend them 100%.. Beautiful place to buy a car too.
Alex was engaging and asked good questions about my use of the prospective truck, walked through its history and proposed a fair price that included new tires and break, as well as a new battery. Very helpful and efficient, my transaction was complete within the hour.
We purchased a used Tahoe over the phone from Jon. He is a super salesman providing the needed information without being pushy. I called, texted, and emailed several times throughout the purchasing process and Jon always answered within a few minutes. These guys right here are the most stellar group of individuals I've ever met. We got stranded out in Jackson hole with a broken front differential, way off the beaten trail. I called Jackson Hole Ford and got in contact with Fred Vatter, the service director at JH Ford. Fred had no reason to help us in our circumstances, yet he decided to call a tow truck for us, help us find a place to stay for the night within walking distance of the shop, and do a diagnosis on our truck free of charge. I've never met people who are so kind-hearted, and willing to help someone who is in a bind. Believe it or not, Jackson Hold Ford restored my faith in humanity - you'd be a fool not to buy a truck from them or get your car serviced by them.
