We have owned a range of SUV"s(expedition to Nitro), the Murano is just the perfect size for our family of 4. Not too big, not compact. Properly maintained, Nissans hold their value and run forever.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. It was undeniably the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership! It’s true that at Don Franklin, you’re not just a customer because they treat you like family! I highly recommend this dealership. You can buy a car anywhere but you can’t find this type of outstanding service anywhere else.

This SUV meets the my needs and the needs of my family. My son loves the BOSE speaker system. Hopefully we will be driving this car for years to come.
First let me say that I do not take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to in this case. While visiting family in Tennessee from SW Florida for the holiday we decided to look for a larger truck due to trying to haul donated building supplies for severely damaged homes from hurricane Irma. On our last day before leaving to head back south we stumbled upon a truck of interest that was located at Legacy Nissan of London, KY which was 2.5 hours from our location. We called the dealership to get details on the truck and from the very first phone call it was absolutely stellar service. They took the initiative to be very detailed in all aspects to get us every answer to make a long distance informed decision. While making sure to not set false expectations but try to give us at least ballpark figures on the trade value while looking out our VIN number to make sure it was worth a 2.5 hour trip each way late in the day. While not thinking much of it I asked a simple question "do you have a military discount available?" there was nothing structured but the overwhelming response of respect that was displayed was unparalleled compared to the multitude of other dealerships over the week. The response was "We will do everything we can in our control to take care of those who have taken care of us". Only to find out that the majority of the senior management and sales group were all actually combat veterans themselves. They told us to please come over knowing that we would not possibly get there before they closed but yet they made sure a sales person was there along with the general manager and finance manager and detail department.
The whole time never once making us feel rushed or pressured and the sales man Dustin Barnett was very detailed in going through the features of the vehicle and his subject matter knowledge exceeded standards of 99.9% of his peers in the field. While educating us on the pros of his product, he was just as willing to give us the cons of the product. That shows you the character of a person not trying to sell a product but build a Legacy long term relationship.
While these efforts were taking place from a sales aspect behind the scences the GM and Finance manager were working just as hard. I say working just as hard and not taking the easy route because on a Saturday night after hours they called not a couple but many lenders to get us the absolute best terms and interest rates available to make sure the overall deal was the best they could do for us. I can easily say they were working hard for us, as I know just off the straight deal on the two vehicles there was not much money at all to be made on.
We can all look up KBB and NADA values and trade in values on both the trade and the vehicle being purchased and have ball park numbers but I also have a paid subscription to Black Book and I can honestly say they were working with bottom dollar figures on the vehicle for sale and above the safe auction price for our trade in case they could not move it off their lot selling it closer to retail.
We were the only ones there at 7:40pm and finished at about 10:30pm with everyone steadily working on getting the deal done. Let me say I witnessed another man walk up about the same time we pulled in and they were just as dedicated to letting that person know someone would be willing to help them also even after the normal business hours were over. Those actions prove the dealership as a whole has the same dedication to service no matter what it takes as a core value. The first goal was not to pressure you to the table as soon as possible to get your information but it was to get you to "want" to go sit at the table. This was last night 11/25/17 and I am sitting in that truck driving back to Florida today. I will be happy to drive back to Legacy Nissan for my next purchase as they have a customer for life.

I have absolutely loved this car. My car previously was totaled and was a crossover SUV so I decided I wanted something a little more sporty and slightly smaller and landed on the Juke. I love the sport feature in driving mode because it even tells you your G-Force when driving! I also love its super cute exterior!!
Rudi Grentz was our sales advisor and he answered 3 questions which I think we all ask during the buying process - Does he know what he was talking about? Yes.
Can I trust him? Yes. Does he care about me? Yes.
I felt respected, and with that, he earned my business.

Never get one again -- last two were great ,not this one , squeaks, bangs, thunks like driving a coffee can full of marbles. Gas mileage worse than my last 2001 with 230000 miles and turning radius horrible .
We came to Legacy Nissan of London to look at trucks . We had the pleasure of meeting James Huff who helped us too find what we we looking for. My wife needed a smaller SUV with AWD for our nasty winters and drive a Nissan Juke in the past. She loves her Rogue Sport! It's the perfect size for her and she feels safe driving it in deep snow. Since she's petite, the electronic seats boosts her up to a comfortable level.
Austin walked me through the choices in the Nissan Rogue. We looked at a 2017 and 2016 model. I chose the 2016 because of the number of rebates being offered. I LOVE THIS CAR! The whole process was incredibly smooth and I drove off the lot a very satisfied customer. This place has my business for life.

As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.
I recently bought a Lincoln Town Car at Legacy Auto Store in London. I will be 54 years old next month (August) and I have bought many vehicles in my adult life but I have to say THIS transaction was the easiest I have ever done! Thanks to Logan North and Kevin. Very spacious and comfortable car but not reliable technically.In just 2 years fan started noising and dealer not taking responsibility to c over repair expenses because it has 62k mileage on it.
This vehicle has been awesome. We love the look and overall performance and reliability. The only negative would be the paint on the hood has developed some small chipping but other than that I would drive this to the moon and back.
I am a second time buyer. I am competely sold on A Toyota! It will get you there. I had mine for 8 years so I thought it was time to buy again. I felt like there was no where else to buy but from T & T again. They did all of the hasle work and all I did was drive the car and sign my name! Great team! Keep up the good work.

Consumer Report rated this car as one not recommended. I bought this car new over five years ago and have no problems at all. I sometimes don’t know how cars get there ratings. I feel real good about car.

This car meet all my needs!! In the 4 yrs I never had a single service issue outside of normal service things. It just lost its value really fast which is the only reason I traded it.
