Let me start by saying this service department is the best I have ever worked with. Recently I dropped my car off and received a loaner. I left my sunglasses inside the loaner and when I went back to see if they found them Ron greeted me and looked in all the loaners they had and even called another customer to check it they were in that car. He said he would continue looking and follow up with me and he did just that! I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.
