So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Really great place to buy a car. Family owned and prices fair. Plenty of inventory and all nice vehicles. Takes care of the customers. I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). The best part was My wife and I were never pressured at any point. The Big M team was fantastic, and I am a new loyal customer!

We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.

Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

Great truck. Real road warrior. For a heavy duty truck the ride is very comfortable. Nissan is real conservative in their towing numbers but our Pro4X has hauled 3200 lbs in the bedwith no problem. We towed 10k lbs with no problem. Really love our XD.

Upon calling in reference to a truck, Steve - the owner, took care of myself and my fiance' personally, before turning us over to Rod. Rod seemed very knowledgeable about the '07 Titan we were interested in, and took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?

Your service team did a great job!! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We had the oil changed in our 2023 Forte last Friday at a local Jiffy Lube before leaving for Ft. Knox for our son's ROTC graduation. By the time we got to Radcliff, the crankcase was almost dry. The oil filter was leaking. When I called your dealership, Bobby told me, "By the time you get here, we'll have an open bay for you." They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 - 40 minutes. It was nice to be so well taken care of so far from home. Just sorry I won't be able to use your dealership on a regular basis.

I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??
