I was begining to get very frustrated with my car. It continually had the same issue and the service department could not find anything wrong with it. I had brought it in three times for the same issue and was beginning to get very frustrated that no codes would come up and even though a tech would take it over night they still could not come up with a problem. They installed a recording device and finally found the issue. This was beginning to be a safety issue and did not feel safe driving my car. At one point i was ready to hand over my keys and say find me a different car without the automatic stop start. Finally the issue was fixed and it has been running great.

I drive a toyota but could not get in with that dealership for a inspection but Gateway got me in right away said just to come in and they would take care of me. which they did the serviceman that greeted me was awesome very friendly and professional he was the guy that worked behind the service counter. He told me where to go to wait,the waiting room was clean and welcoming and had all the amenities that you needed'The service didn't take long the same man came and got me and directed me to the cash window. This is where the experience went down hill fast. I recognized the girl behind the counter she has come into my place of employment so I said hi how are you she was doing something with a check never looked up at me never acknowledged me took about 3 min to finish what she was doing got my slip said that will be $39.95 still has not made eye contact with me took my money I gave her $40. and was so angry that this young woman could care less in taking care of me in a professional manner if this is the last person that your customers see at the end of their awesome customer service then that's the last thing they are going to remember!!!i work in customer service and I make it a policy to look every customer in the eyes and i always say please and thank-you. She needs better skills in handling your customers.

Mary in service was wonderful! She told me to see my salesperson Steve when my car was no longer worth fixing. I am a single woman and I trust these gals and guys completely!!! It was nice and it felt like family.
Dani went above and beyond to help with the purchase of a truck. She exemplifies what great customer service is. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who is trustworthy and honest and put the needs of the customer as number one. She is a great asset to McGee Toyota. I would give her 10 stars. Not gonna ramble on but let's just say this was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Wasn't "sold" anything or pressured just went in and browsed and had some attentive staff help guide me. After that we sat down and crunched some numbers and everything worked out smooothly! If you want some good, honest help just swing in here.
I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't help myself this time. I stopped in to browse through some of the cars that were in the lot, basically trying to kill time. This women approached me and introduced herself as Dani. I told her that I was just browsing, trying to kill time and she asked me, "what would you like to have in a car?". We then walked around, looking at the cars, as she was answering all my questions. She was informative, helpful, and bubbly. It was refreshing. Definitely recommending!
