Dahlstrom motors offers an experience that is very rarely seen in business today: friendly customer service who remember your name, treat you like family, respect your time, and offer fair prices where negotiating and haggling are unnecessary. The service is so good, that I had one of the service managers stay after close to personally fix something on my car, just because that's how they do things there. I'm not unique, though, as this is how they've treated customers for years, and why in our town with another major Chevrolet dealership, you see more cars with the "Dahlstrom" sticker on the back. I'll only be doing business with Dahlstrom in the future!

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
We came in from out of town right at closing. Jesse stayed late and waited for us. He never once seemed bothered about keeping him an hour after closing time.

I bought a 2015 black 3.8 Genesis with all available options packages less than a week ago. So far it's great. I do wish the rear seats could be folded down, but the biggest complaint I have is that there's no way to install a cargo net in the trunk that will corral bags of groceries, so I'm now having to transport groceries on the back seat floor to keep them from falling over. That complaint aside, I like its acceleration, stability, comfort, features (maybe someday I'll get them all figured out -- there are many), sound system (17 speaker Lexicon), and pretty much everything else about it. And for the money I paid, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal on any other car.
Found a used vehicle I was interested in. Working from a distance with Nick helped make it happen. Had a relative living in the area verify condition for me. They delivered to me without any problems.

2017 Scat Pack R/T Hemi 392 Charger in Redline Red!!
This car was so sexy & fun to drive!
430+ wheel horsepower would pin you to the seat (if the tires would hook) yet feel like a 4-Cyl Accord while cruising at 75 on the Hwy. Decent gas mileage for a V-8, high horsepower car. Although it's hard not to floor it everywhere to hear the monstrous exhaust tone.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this car!
Purchased it by special order from the dealer for just under $40k it was an absolute bargain!
Everyone was professionally trained and extremely nice. They did everything they could to get me in my vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
I recently purchased a Ram 1500 Nick Nelson and everyone there has been great to work with can't say I've ever had a better experience. Nick made the whole process extremely easy even taking messages and calls when he wasn't in the office to keep things moving. I never had to step foot in the dealership they brought the pickup to me the price was fair and things got taken care of very fast. I only had one minor issue and Nick resolved it very quickly. The staff at Eide Hyundai really make you appreciate good customer service!

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
I went down to Eide's just to look around, and ended up driving my new vehicle home the same day. The salesman, Jesse, was super helpful & courteous, along with everyone else there. It really helped to take the stress out of buying a new vehicle. They were very accommodating & answered all my questions. They made the process quick & easy, 10/10, will buy my next vehicle there.

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.
Brian O’Neil & Mike Tweten were very responsive thruout the process. Friendly & professional. Due to travel plans, the delivery was delayed & they were quite accommodating.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. This is the 2nd Jeep Wrangler that I have owned and, it will not be the last. This jeep is the Sahara Unlimited, 6 speed manual transmission. So much fun to drive. I find it to be quite comfortable and handles any weather and road condition I have encountered perfectly. It is the perfect combination of family vehicle and toy. Switching from the hard top to soft top and back is a fairly simple procedure. It took less than an hour to remove the hard top and apply the soft top last spring, which was the very first time we made the switch. I feel that we will be able to get this done in about 30 minutes this next spring, now that we know what we are doing. When fall came, removing the soft top and putting the hard top back on took less than 30 minutes. I prefer a manual transmission and this one does not disappointing. Of course, it is super fun to drive but, it has GREAT Giddy up!! While I had to select (below) that the primary use of this car is for "Transporting Family", I also use it for fun and playing!!
Josh Nesdahl is a great salesman looked at a few vehicles still deciding on which vehicle to purchase I am considering a Jeep or Dodge Charger.

This is my third Prius, I have purchased them all used. They have been great cars, the money I have saved in mileage has been very helpful to us. They have more interior room than one might expect and have been very reliable.
My wife and I had a great experience at Lithia Chrysler of Grand Forks. We went in to look at a vehicle and left driving it. We were shown hospitality with our two children as we discussed options with our salesperson. The staff was willing to work with us for whatever we needed and allowed us to make a great choice and purchase for our family.

I own the RENEGADE SPORT and it comes w/ a tire inflator , not a spare (???). I paid $322.00 and got a spare tire kit. Also , no satillite radio avail. on my model (????).
I came to Lithia for a recall and an issue with my blind spot monitors while I was in Grand Forks visiting my daughter. I was treated very well and got the work done very professionally. Even a rear license plate lightbulb that was broken during the process was replaced without a hassle! I would definitely go there again and recommend them to my relatives there as well. A special thanks to Garrett for his assistance!

Truck is great! I’ll have it for 20 years. Starts right up, plenty of power, and handles great! Love the Blackforest Green color. Looks black until the light hits it.
Although on-site customer service and employees are exceptional, the online scheduling system is inefficient. The online scheduling system asks for a vehicle VIN and other details but the information does not pass on to the on-site service department. Thus the service department is clueless until a customer physically shows up for the work to be done. Leaving phone messages results in no call-backs. From talking with three other customers, I learned the experience is common. My recommendation is to either fix the online scheduling platform and call center Lithia is paying for or dump it.
Ample room for a growing family.

The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!
