Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

Chad was my service advisor. He always goes over what they did, let’s me know what is recommended or found without high pressure . Friendly service people, they get the work completed within the estimated time and do it to your specifications. My vehicle has been nowhere else, I will continue to use them for my service needs.

I have only owned the car about a month. I purchased pre-owned. The car does not have good acceleration. Slow in fact. That's my one complaint. A big complaint really. The car is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles a car can have. Once you plug your Android or iPhone into the outlet it will connect automatically to the car. One of my favorite features is the reading my text messages to me feature! NICE feature to have. I didn't want a big SUV, this size works perfect for me.

We were traveling and a thousand miles from home. Our Maxima had a problem we believed to be minor, but with the distance to go wanted it checked out. The service department was OUTSTANDING! They worked our car into the schedule and had us back on the road shortly after lunch. It did in fact turn out to be a minor problem, but it took them several hours to isolate it and verify it was perfectly safe to drive.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

I absolutely love my 2025 Heavy Metal Camry SE! It had 15,000 miles on it when I got it. It has a very stylish exterior and interior. Mine has the sunroof, heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc. The upgrades are awesome! Ride quality is so smooth. Changes from the electric motor to the gas motor are hardly noticeable. Very quiet interior that keeps a lot of road noise out. Very easy to use touchscreen display. Has enough power for driving on the highway. If a person wants more power you can put it in sport mode. You’ll just get lower mpg’s. Now depending on how you drive it the mpg’s on this car are amazing! My average is about 46 mpg right now. I’ve gotten as high as 53.7 mpg. It’s so much fun trying to beat your best mpg per trip. Toyota did an amazing job building this car!

I purchased a Ford Bronco Heritage From Town and Country AL. They were the only dealer we could find that would sell us the truck for sticker and we live in NY. My salesman Jay Mathis was there for every curve ball that Ford threw. When Ford discontinued the color we ordered. Jay called and said we need to change the order color and year to a 2023 or the order will be canceled. He was on the top of his game all the time. I really believe that if Jay didn't call me to tell me to change the year my order would have been canceled. Thanks Jay my Alabama brother

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Janey Acton my powerhouse saleswoman. This woman help me pick out the truck I wanted. Then went battled beside me With the office, to get me where I wanted to be price and rate wise. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around. A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I absolutely love this truck. 5.0 Coyote with a 6 speed transmission. Bulletproof combination. Plenty of power, heated, powered, seats and sunroof, and 4 doors. Just an outstanding truck. I’m holding onto this one!!

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

This dealership is VERY picky with the quality of vehicles they bring into inventory. All the cars I've observed on their Birmingham lot are in pristine condition! I had been looking for a fairly rare model (Accord 2.0T 6-speed). All the ones I had looked at prior to finding this place were in questionable condition to say the least. The one I found at Birmingham Luxury Motors was nearly pristine!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.
