Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
2024 Polestar 2 review
Love this car. So fun to drive. Hugs the road. Interior so well styled. Infotainment simple, easy to use and Google based. Leather seats are some of the best.

My family and I purchased all of our hybrids and electrics from Chris and Dan. It's an absolute easy process where they take care of all the pain points. We all dread the vultures at dealerships but this experience is different. No upselling, spam calls, or getting mistreated. Just nice people running a great business.
2022 Polestar 2 review
I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Polestar Boston review
Had a great discussion with one of their sales persons. We talked price. We talked milage. He was very informative and respectful of my questions. Answered them all. We ended our conversation with a big maybe cause IMO for the money and milage their are lots of EVs our their that give you a much better bang for your buck. And do it with better style. I don't like the bocy front ends on most cars built today. Luke em more sleek looking not boxy looking.

Parkway Toyota of BostonReviews
Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!
2024 Polestar 2 review
We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

2024 Polestar 2 review
Very nice and stable car to drive Interface nice and easy to use. Much more quality feel than my Tesla model S 2016. Only bad thing was depreciation so luckily I did not buy it brand new it had 4K miles on it so only dropped a lot.
