My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

My wife was in the market for a new car and after much research, we decided to try the Porsche Macan as a replacement for her BMW X2. Mark Majors was our sales rep and Sean Han walked through the technical details of the car. Mark and Sean were both very professional, listened to our concerns, provided feedback and encouragement. We were able to reach a reasonable agreement on price and the deal was done. I prefer to operate on relationships rather than cost alone and I can now comfortably state Porsche of Nashville has a new repeat client.
