My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The local Porsche dealer had a used Corvette C8 for sale, so l contacted them. Chris was the sales associate that I spoke to. He was straightforward and helpful in putting a deal together. The Corvette is now in my garage. They are a quality, no nonsense dealer and the transaction went smoothly.

We had a seamless and wonderful experience in leasing our new Cayenne Hybrid from St. Paul Porsche. Our salesperson was Zoe Hutton who was so helpful in getting the models ready for test drives and going over all of the features. Then she over saw the preparation and delivery our new car to our home in Wayzata. Once she arrived with a technician and they went over all of the features (there are many new ones) including setting up the Porsche connect. Then they drove the Cayenne we were returning back to the dealership..
