Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. I will forever be a customer and loyal to them and their business.

The whole process was a pleasant experience and Hugo R. was a very professional, friendly sales representative. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy new or used cars!

I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. Reza, my sales professional, Howard and Ralph the sales managers and all the staff we met made this the best auto buying experience I've ever had.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. I was looking for a specific used vehicle that happened to be at a Porsche dealership. Most would be intimidated by such a high end store but from the moment I called on the vehicle to the day after I purchased my GMC the process was 109% pleasurable. My sales person and Finance manager were top notch and super down to earth and accommodating. From the price to the paperwork! I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kimberly Rosa. My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Kyle Thompson was very accommodating with his schedule to meet mine since I was traveling from East Boca. The entire team was hands down very helpful from beginning to end. Although it took a few days to decide on the vehicle my sales rep, finance team and dealership were utmost helpful and cordial through the entire transaction. My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche at West Broward Porsche and we were extremely happy with the professional service that we got from Kurk Richardson and Payton Downy. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. They made buying a car a pleasurable experience for a change. I would definitely recommend the dealership and if possible working with Kurt and Payton.

Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. When we got there, could not have been happier with the quality. There were some concerns originally based a few of the pictures, but Javier patiently hung in there and put us at ease. So glad he did! Ecstatic with the purchase. And financing was great and smooth too!
