He might as well be a mind reader because every time I got curious about what was going on with my car and was about to email him, I'd actually get a status update from him first! Picking up the car was easy. Once it arrived to the dealership from the port, he had the PDI process done the next day (had service tech come in on a Saturday to do it) and the car was ready for delivery when I arrived the next day. Simple and easy. No problems at all. Thanks, Jun! 5 stars all around (but 4 stars for price because hey... until a dealer gives you a car for free, nobody ever gets a fiver in that category).
