Hendrick Porsche review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first Porsche Macan from Hendrick Porsche Charlotte, and a huge part of that was thanks to Greg Bancroft. Greg was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. As a first-time Porsche buyer, I had plenty of questions, and Greg took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Greg’s attention to detail and commitment to customer service made what can often be a stressful experience feel exciting and seamless. The Macan I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Hendrick Porsche review
I was enormously impressed by the staff at Hendrick Porsche. I recently purchased a 2025 Porsche Cayenne Coupe and needed to schedule a service appointment. When I called the service center, I spoke with Jacob Walker. My service consultant was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to speak with regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Mr. Walker assured me that he could accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, as I have a very busy schedule. He was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mikayla McElroy, a service consultant, who was the first person I spoke with upon entering. Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. I informed her that I had previously spoken with Jacob and wanted to come in personally to discuss scheduling my appointment further. While visiting the dealership, I also received excellent customer service from Andrew Mueller. I found Andrew to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at the dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond expectations and truly made me feel valued as a customer. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. I would like this recognition to be escalated to corporate leadership and the ownership of the dealership so these employees can be acknowledged for the exceptional job they are doing. Their dedication to customer care reflects very positively on the Porsche brand. Thank you to the entire team at Porsche Independence for providing such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning soon to book my service appointment and continuing my relationship with your dealership. Wonderful and very smooth experience purchasing from Glenview Luxery Imports. Peter Kritikos made the entire buying experience a breeze from start to finish, even going out of his way to have a bow on my new truck waiting for me & texted to make sure we made it home safe after our three hour drive. 10/10 recommend this dealership! I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience working with Robert Brooks during the purchase of my Certified Pre-Owned Macan at Porsche of Cary. Robert was exceptional to work with, and he made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

Porsche SouthpointReviews
Porsche Southpoint review
I recently purchased my 2026 Porsche Macan from Porsche Southpoint, and I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded my expectations. Roy Roth was an outstanding consultant—knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I also want to recognize the managers, Matt D., Edwin K., and Dean P. They were absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The level of customer service from the entire team was exceptional. Purchasing a new Porsche is a special experience, and Porsche Southpoint made it even better. I highly recommend Roy and the entire team to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience. Thank you all for making my purchase of the 2026 Macan such a memorable one!
