I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

This car was so spacious. My husband is 6’ 2” and he had plenty of room to get in and out and head didn’t touch the top of car like other vehicles. It’s so sleek and stylish.
