Had a deal done completely remotely and out of state. I appreciate the patience of the salesman, and he did everything he could to smooth out the process. Such a great car-buying experience. They don't fool around; they are straight to the point with prices, which are amazing. The entire experience was quick and painless. I emailed or texted some questions I had; Federico answered every one without any “sales games." The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). I’ll definitely do business with them again. Within days of buying the car, they shipped it to my door ASAP. Yes, I love how Federico and I bonded on this transaction.

I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! I found my dream car online ? a beautiful Infiniti Q60 Red Sport ? and it was located at Porsche Bethesda. Since we?re from Pittsburgh, it was quite a trip to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. We worked with salesman Kelvin, who was fantastic from the start. He went above and beyond by sending detailed videos of the car and thoroughly explaining every aspect, which helped us feel confident about purchasing a used vehicle from out of state. Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.
