2018 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.

2019 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

This is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. If you are considering a Landrover please go to Carlsbad and ask for Tom. I contacted many dealerships in SoCal and got the typical sales pitch.. not Tom. He genuinely wants you to love your car and the experience at Carlsbad. He answered all my questions and concerns. He went above the call of duty in catering to all my needs. My labrador is 10 years old so he got her the Range Rover Ramp-only the best for our furry babies!! Love it:)
