New customer here and first impression was top tier. My Porsche Panamera ended up needing a particular part that the dealership had to put money down in order to get. So no out of pocket extra fees for me. I felt extremely covered. I also was able to get a really nice loaner for those days that I was without my car. I asked and one was available. Never thought about the Porsche Cayenne but the 2026 is really smooth and fast. Great control on the roads and highway. The employee who helped with all this was Jeff. The overall experiance was good, there was a mechanical issue that was listed on the dealer acceptance inspection (leaking differential) that they did have repaired. The only issues I had were it was hard to catch up with my salesman on occasion, and they did not do a pre-sales detail on the car, I realize it was a used car but at 34,000 I did expect it to be clean when I got it, it wasn't.
