I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great experience as always when I come to the Porsche of Orland . Frank always find me in the building and gives me a very warm welcome , Nelson was awesome and made my visit very friendly and not of Fake greetings. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

We just purchased a new Cayenne. From ordering right thru delivery, the people at Porsche Exchange made us feel special. They made the whole process fun! You hear of people who dislike going to car dealers, or the process of purchasing a car, well those people should go here! This was just an amazing experience!

We were looking for an Audi Q3 for my daughter. We visited several other dealerships that had some, but they were missing one thing or another (I.e. S line, ambient lighting, colored interior, touch screen etc). A quick Google search showed us one at Conway and when we called, Juan told us all about the Q3 that we seen. Immediately, we advised Juan we were on our way to take a look at it. Juan advised that he would pull it up front and have it ready for us. He did exactly that! While we were pulling up, Juan was parking in the front of the business! It was love at first sight! Right away, my daughter knew, as did her parents, that this was it! From start to finish, Juan was great and helped us with everything we asked for! We love her new vehicle and would recommend Conway to all! I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

This is a beautiful car with a smooth yet sporty ride. I expect it to be reliable although I have just bought it. The car has the latest technology built into it.
