I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I have purchased many luxury cars over the years. This was my first experiemce with the Napleton group. Rachel Mason was professional , responsive and friendly at all times. Her follow up was also top notch. Could not be happier with the experience. Overall, 10/10. Your business manager was also fantastic, informatve and friendly.

I came in for a simple oil change, and I was made to feel special. I lease a base Macan and they treated me today like I bought 2 GT3 RSs! Everyone remembered me - they remembered my spouse, they took the time to come and meet my new kids and just made me feeel like the most important customer (even though I know I am an etremely small one). Special recognition to Jeff Cullen and Scott Lamb In service who greeted and helped make me and the twins as comfortable as possible while we waited. And a nod to my sales person, Eric Kozuh, and Jessica, the finance person, for taking time out to catch up and talk to me. Thanks Everyone!
GREAT LONG DISTANCE PURCHASE! I bought a low mileage used Mercedes SUV from Napleton Westmont Porsche in November, 18. It is a beautiful SUV that I got at a great price. They price to move! Although I was hundreds of miles away and not able to see it in person I trusted them that it was in excellent shape. They shipped it to me and it is beautiful! I ended up having a cosmetic issue and a automatic seat issue but Westmont was able to address the problems to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Westmont to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It was great working with Dominique, who sold me the car. She kept me updated throughout the process. And when I had a couple of unexpected issues the Preowned Manager, Peter, was able to take care of them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks again Dominique and Peter!
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes models. He is very prompt with questions and responses and follows up. A pleasure to deal with. The two vehicles I was pricing out were competitive nationally.
I purchased a Pre-Owned Porsche Boxster S from Ultimo Motors online from 900 miles away, and included a trade of my vehicle in the process. The entire deal could not have gone smoother. Tasho was very professional, prompt and detailed from negotiating the trade-in via email and phone, through picking up the vehicle. I reviewed the paperwork in advance, then drove my car 900 miles to trade it in and pick up the Porsche I purchased. I had full confidence this dealership would complete the deal as expected, and they did. When I arrived, my new vehicle was spotless and ready to go. We went for a quick test drive then we worked quickly through the documentation and I was on my way. I wish I had more time to spend in their spectacular indoor showroom full of high end vehicles. Working through the sale and warranty documentation with Brian was a breeze. He was also very detailed and professional. This is a no-nonsense specialty dealership with the type of professionals you want to deal with when you're purchasing an expensive vehicle, especially from far away. They understand their reputation means everything for success in online sales. And they do all they can to satisfy. You can trust them!
This is my third Porsche bought at this dealership. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park by far is the best Porsche dealership in the Midwest. From customer service to technicians to sales they care about you. I've owned many cars and I will continue to buy my Porsches only at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park. I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
