Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I bought my 1999 996 in early 1999. I love the styling and it drives like a dream. A daily drive for me these days with 85000 miles. The clutch was replaced after 50000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3000 miles. My mechanic has been taking care of it for over 20 years now. I bought a 2006 Cayman S three years ago. After I test drove it I was sold. I had been rear ended in my 2000 Toyota. After a few days the battery went out and my wife came to jump me off. Bought anew batter. A few weeks later fluid was leaking. I was pleased it was just the water pump. It seems people who buy this car and don’t use it have water pump problems. Eventually new brakes and a tune up. Runs like a jewel. I could not have fully appreciated this car at a younger age. Yes, it is an attention getter. I am quick to let people know it is a 2006 model. I think that keeps me grounded that I am not a helluva fellow because I own a Porsche. Oh yeah, eventually got new tires even after being told I could wait.

This car has all of the bells and whistles, burlwood trim, logo embossed seats - true luxury on the inside.. you would never know it is a 2010. Drives and handles like a sports car, but with space for the kids ( or adults !) in the back seat.

Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.
