Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. I would recommend Illinois Motors and the whole process with no reservations.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated.The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.

Contacted them over email since I was so far away. They were quick to respond to my multiple inquiries. Negotiated a price with them but ended up buying something else locally.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

This car makes going anywhere fun. It's my daily driver, and I always look forward to getting behind the wheel. It's been super reliable. Not the most economical car, but I have never regretted the purchase.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Been looking on line for next vehicle for over 2 years. An accident forced me to finally act. Subaru has a great reputation. I bought a Forester. The hight of the seat was important as I get older. Just slide in, no ups or crawling down. I wanted a vehicle that provided some utility and great gas mileage. The Forester had it all. I inquired on a special order times and was told 9 to 12 weeks. Told Patrick exactly what I wanted. Then I had the accident. A few days later Patrick called and told me a Forester with my description was being built and would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. All I had to do is come in and put $1,000 down and they would put my name on it. All went like clock works. Very satisfied with the purchase at Napleton Subaru. Car drives like a dream. More electronics than I could imagine.

This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out within a half hour on the day of pick-up. You can tell he genuinely enjoys the work he does and it shows. I spend about $1000-$2000 each year on maintenance. One may consider that high, but I purchased a 911 C4S car for $35,000; the MSRP was $93,000 in 2004. The vehicle has appreciated since 2019, and now, with such a detailed service history over the years, it could sell for $40,000. So you either pay in depreciation or maintenance, and though I may be a stickler for maintenance, it keeps the value stable. I could have gotten a new Camry for $35,000, but it would be worth about $15,000 now and less fun. Next car I will jump up to a 2012 to 2015 Porsche. You can't go wrong if you get the right model, rare options, and even rare colors. Number one is having complete maintenance records; don't buy one without them.

I have owned 2 Boxters. First one was a 2001 S series. Currently own a 2008 Base model. These cars are just fantastic to drive. Both were Triptonic. The exterior update on the 2008 is perfect. Only 47,000 miles on it. Bought the car with 34,000 miles on the odometer. Near mint condition. One tip for new owners is to change oil and filter every 5,000miles. I have a great mechanic who specializes Porsches and Land Rovers, I have both. Saves me me big $$$ over dealerships cost costs on repair. Follow the maintenance ‘schedule and you will have a blast. My wife and I love driving through New England with the top down. God I love the car….

I bought my 1999 996 in early 1999. I love the styling and it drives like a dream. A daily drive for me these days with 85000 miles. The clutch was replaced after 50000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3000 miles. My mechanic has been taking care of it for over 20 years now. I asked about the IMS issue and am told there is no evidence of any problem. If you stay ahead of maintenance you will have the best automobile you could ever own.

I purchase the blue 69 restomod Camaro over the internet. I had Alan Gordon as my sales representative.He was on top of it all the way . He reassured me that everything was on the up and up . I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

Incredibly fun car, a blast to toss around in the corners. Not particularly fast cars but they age well and still look fantastic. The convertible top is just the icing on the cake.

I have had 7 Porsches and assorted other 'exotic' cars over the years includinga Lamborghini Miura, Mercedes CLS 550 Biturbo V8 , 1973 Pantera, Ferarri 348, TVR, BMW's, and others, including a 1969 Camaro Z28 that i still drive with a big grin! My 2014 Carrera 911S Cabriolet is by far my favorite Plenty of power, responsive, luxurious, and just a kick in the rear to drive anywhere. Just driving to the store is a fun experience! For me, at 76, It is the perfectly balanced sports car that is capable of taking my breath away! And I drive it hard when conditions permit! Truly a wonderful high performance sports car of the first order! I couldn't be happier than behind the wheel of my 911 S Cab!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.
