I worked with Mike Ventura throughout my purchase process of my truck. Mike was very pleasant and easy to talk with, no pushy sales tactics or bugging me to run my credit. It took a few days, but we all came to an agreed deal that worked for me for the purchase of my truck. The gentleman that handled my finance paperwork was also pleasant to talk with. It was truly a stress-free transaction, they paid off my trade in vehicle almost immediately, also got my Illinois plates same day surprisingly. Will definitely be a return customer when the time comes.
This was the best car purchase experience of my life. Sanford set up my appointment and guided us through the purchase which went smoothly and easily. Everything from Sanford was super respectful and professional. The manager even recommended a wonderful place for lunch after completing our purchase.

I was looking for a used Ford Escape with lower miles, located at one at this location. Had brief phone call with Michael Ventura, who indicated that they still had the auto. Drove over from Franklin, had a conversation with Mike and Manager and work out an agreement on purchasing the auto. Everything went very, very smooth
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
Everyone was very nice and you can tell they care. It feels like they are treating you like family and are very honest and don't try to over sell you. Fair pricing, clean facilities with wi fi and fast service
Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.

We had such a great experience with Janesville Subaru! We had an Outback that we loved. It was the only car we had ever had the luxury of building to suit the needs of our family. Our 2016 Outback took great care of our family every day...down to the moment that we hit a deer while cruising at 70 mph on a highway heading toward an important family gathering. My husband and I were the only ones in the car. Thankfully, the kids were safely at home with their grandma. What a truly intense and unforgettable experience. Luckily, we made it unscathed...so unbelievably blessed! Our sweet Outback, however, was totaled. Two week later we found ourselves at Janesville Subaru. We were healthy and happy, but felt nervous about going through the process of buying a new family car. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, Austin stepped in and to made sure that our experience in buying our new Outback was comfortable and met our needs and expectations in every way. Austin has been a pleasure to work with and has offered us exemplary customer service as we get settled with our new family vehicle.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
