These folks are SUPERB!! I bought a used Porsche Cayenne and got a stellar deal!! Kolby and Perry Willy are just so kind and so honest and just fantastic to work with. My Porsche had a couple of small issues, just cosmetic basically. They fixed both and went above and beyond. I feel I got a great deal and the best service ever!!!
This place has a very large selection of high-end cars. If you are looking for something well above average, this should be a good place for you to look. Service was great, prices were great as well. Jason was very helpful and spent several weeks finding the right car for me. Will definitely shop here again.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've witnessed ever PERIOD. Jason Green was and is above and beyond his position. From Jason's 1st email response to handing me the keys was attention and attentive to detail, customer care and concierge service. I'm a first time customer of EAW ..and I live in New Jersey. After countering on price back and forth ..Jason/ EAW team and I agreed on a price that was a good fit for both parties. Jason then took and emailed a detailed video of the vehicle which showed perfect detail and flaws to assure my commitment and deposit. I then proceeded to purchase a 1-way American Airline ticket, and planned to drive the vehicle back to NJ (14hrs/ 1000mls). Jason had an UBER ready to receive me at the airport and drop me at a Marriott ..mind you my plane did not land until after mid-night 12:40am to be exact ..he periodically text/ chk-in with me until I was in my hotel-rm 1:30am. Later that morning 10am Jason had another Uber ready to take me from the hotel to EAW. Arriving at EAW I was pleasantly surprised. Very large, clean and organized facility ..estimate over 200 vehicles ..and they all look hand picked. There was no surprise to my vehicle ..course having viewed the video prior ..Jason threw me the keys and said take it for a spin, I drove it and check it over 20min car was just as I expected ..came back sat and wrapped up paper work 10min then on the road headed for NJ. Over the 14hrs+/ 1000 miles the car performed beautifully. Jason is not a car salesman but an Executive Auto dealer - he will be highly recommended by myself and have all my future auto purchasing business. Thank you Jason Green 'brother' and EAW-Team !! We got up early and drove 100 miles to look at a Toyota Sequoia without an appointment. When we got there Jason Green was welcoming and professional. The vehicle was in excellent condition, well maintained and exactly how it was presented. Turns out it was previously owned by one of the employees and his family! It was so well taken care of it told me that these guys were "Car people" professionally and personally. I would drive a 100 miles again for my next vehicle from Jason and his team!

When I began looking for a vehicle, I took my time and knew exactly what I wanted before I went to look at available options around town. After submitting multiple inquiries at different dealerships and communicating with other dealers, my experience with EAW stood out from the others. I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from Jason and EAW. The quality of service and seamless process they provided was amazing. They had financing available onsite with the local credit union that I currently bank through which created a one stop shop for my buying process. The atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and efficient.... Jason, Perry and Drew were awesome to work with. Jason Green went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of. His presence and guidance during this process was comforting... I never once felt pressured. I can't say that I've been to a car dealership ever before that I felt so at ease to work with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and that he wants his customers happy. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
From the salesman to the financing it was an easy no hassle experience. I wasn???t there all day for paperwork and all the back and forth. Just quick and simple. The cars are nice and affordable. I found my daughter the perfect car with the best price!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Tracy Hebert has the best personality ever! He explained everything to me. He made me feel as if we were old friends! He offered me a choice of a loaner car. He called to let me know the status of my vehicle. He should be given a raise!
I want to preface that Robben Tindle and the dealer service staff could not of been more helpful in trying to negotiate with Porsche to replace a battery under warranty. Although unsuccessful, they did not charge me for the installation and re-initialization of the onboard computer on the battery that I elected to furnish in Lieu of Porsche.
I Fault Porsche [not the dealer but Porsche USA ] for nitpicking a battery replacement that should’ve probably been under warranty as the car was both under miles and time. However they have some sort of rule that you must drive a certain average miles per month in order for battery to be warranted. I think this is utterly ridiculous but it is what it is.
Again Porsche Birmingham themselves are very easy to deal with and I commend them for honestly trying.
Robbin, my service advisor is great . But at my last visit, there were no loaner cars available, and nobody to get my car delivered after servicing. The expectation level of customers for Porsche cars is high right along with the quality and cost of Porsche vehicles. Having sufficient staff to provide outstanding concierge service is critical to the success of a dealership’s long term success. The service department must have support of the dealership’s executive owners and managers to take top shelf care of its customers or the dealership faces a threat to its long-term success. In my case, Robin himself picked me up to get my vehicle delivered, at great personal inconvience to complete the dealership’s commitment to high quality service. But he needs sufficient support team staffing or the dealership’s reputation will suffer
