Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

I went to a few lots before hitting cfac and i absolutely love how they helped me with finding a vehicle for my family and my man who is 6 foot 10. :) i worked with Gene and he is so friendly took care of us like we are family. The stereo does not work in the vehicle so they are putting in a stereo at no cost to me. The vehicle is spacious and roomy just what we needed. Also they helped me get financed in order to get a vehicle and i have no credit score. Thank you cfac i have been looking for a car dealership that i can go back to and i have found one in you guys. My family and I drove on to the lot and started looking at vehicles. We had seen a car on CarGurus and took a chance and drove over from the east side of the mountains. Now buying a used car is scary. But there was never any pressure to purchase. They showed us many cars and that were in our budget. Well now that we are home, we took it to our dealership and this car is solid. I can't thank them enough all their help and support. I would really recommend them 100%

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

After a lot of wavering, I decided to come here over the many other dealerships in the area, and I'm glad I did! The guys that work here (a family and their employees) are friendly and eager to help. I traded in my beater SUV for an older but low-mileage pickup and couldn't be happier with what I walked away with. Price and loan negotiations were friendly and accommodating; the monthly payment, terms, warranty, and gap insurance were well-explained and affordable. Their stock isn't huge, but what they have there seems quality. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a dependable used car.
