Used 2020 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Lancaster, CA

I found what I wanted, except for color. Two other dealerships didn?t have the color I wanted either. Customer service was very good and helpful. The young lady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I cannot say enough praise for Golling in Chelsea, Michigan. I have dealt with dealerships in the past who tried to sell you everything under the sun. They did not and were great listeners to my needs and wants no pressure From The general manager Chris Brough who personally took excellent care of me to get me all my discounts plus more . Their staff was top notch with customer service getting me coffee while I was waiting on my new 2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Midnight Express Blacked out edition. Love this Truck. Their sales consultant Trevor Tolles . I was very impressed with his people skills being a fresh young man and knowing his knowledg of their vehicles options and packages ! Shaun McCallum is their finance director and worked his magic to get me the best financing ! I give them 5 stars for overall and I drove 42 miles one way . The dealers close to me did not give me a great feeling like they even cared . Glad I went to them last . They say save the best for last but I put them first in my professional book !!

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was notified when to come pick up my car. I was offered the opportunity to wait in their lounge where they provide a variety of food and drinks for their customers.

Such an easy process! Communicated with the sales rep what I needed and was on a time crunch and they made it happen. Was in and out of the dealership in record time. Also, their finance manager was able to work extra deals on my behalf, which was fantastic coming in at a lower price than I anticipated with warranty and gap insurance included, absolutely fantastic! I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.
