Great experience buying and great service on my Silverado

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to walk into a car dealership to just look around and sit in vehicles, without being chased around the parking lot by a salesman! That is Carmax. You can go in, walk right out to the cars and browse, and all of them are open, have stickers with pricing and details, and you can get a feel for them without being bothered; no hassle, no haggling. I have purchased one car though them and was happy with the test drive, the buying process and the car has been great. Thanks Carmax!

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

Had a good experience. Delivery went well and he was very knowledgeable. Salesman was good but we feel new to Karl that had to always ask manager before he could make a decision is why not giving 5 stars. Otherwise we have no problem buying from Karl Chevrolet in the future.

My purchasing experience was great. I called Bryan a few days before I came asking about a specific pickup. He answered all of my questions and sent me the auto check report by email. I called the morning I went to the dealership to confirm the truck was still there and it was. The other salesperson informed me that he had it washed and pulled inside ready for me to take a test drive. We had a four hour drive that was well worth it. When we arrived were were greeted and shown the vehicle. Bryan grabbed the dealer plates and we were off on a test drive. There was no pressure and we came home with a great pickup. I have read all the reviews that include, Facebook, Google, Edmund's etc. First and foremost, I purchase everything from reviews. After researching and reading reviews for Tom Trucks, some are mostly ridiculous. These guys are very upfront and to the point! i seen where a few customers had claimed they were hiding frame damage by painting them, after reading the reply from these customers that had purchased a 22 and a 23-year-old trucks with over 200K. I drove 6 hours after receiving pictures and all information from a gentleman named Jim Fisher. He was very upfront with me and gave me all the info I personally needed to make an educated decision on a purchase. After arriving after a 6-hour drive, another gentleman meets me in the parking lot. He asks me if I were here to see someone, I replied to him Jim Fisher. He introduces himself as the manager (Doug) and assists me inside. This was where I was impressed by the professionalism of the employees. I was walked out to the truck I was interested in, which was pulled up. Jim walked around the truck with me then took my information and let me go alone. After returning we agreed upon a price and the rest was history SMOOTH AS SILK, there is an old saying, believe half of what you read & half of what you hear.
