Let me start by saying thank you Tamara! I had to take my Ford in and it was diagnosed as needing a catalytic converter. They had given me a price and I took it to my service manager and they asked me to get more quotes. Tamara took the initiative and called B & B muffler shop in Cleburne got the quote and then she actually after approval delivered the vehicle to the muffler shop and made arrangements to bring it back after the service. That's called real customerservice! I hope other people in customer service will read this and take it to heart! She didn't have to do any of that, but she did it willingly and even before I asked. I can't say thank you enough! John

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.
