Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. We decided to take the 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Even though we did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were treated with the greatest respect and kindness. The only reason we did not purchase the vehicle was due to the color. Internet did not have a true likeness of the color. Dylan tried very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted but did not seem to be available due to the shortage of vehicles at the time of our search. Deery Brothers Iowa City hands down has the best service department that is around, never have i seen so many people go above and beyond to take care of a customer and do it as fast as possible to get you back in your vehicle. I have been to many dealerships in my time and never have I been able to genuinely take my car in and forget that it is in for service, mostly because I know they are going to keep me updated and send pictures and or video showing the issues that I brought it in for even if its a issue that I did not even know was there all because they do a multipoint inspection on every vehicle that they get. Saftey is the biggest thing that someone should want for themselves or there family. I know when I do buissness here at deery thats what Ill get. The service manager alex is beyond one of the nices people I have ever met, but He has a Lane Manager Zeke who will always choose customers over company and will fight tooth and nail to make sure he gives his all and to make sure you leave a happy customer.
